Customer Service and Products are exceptional and great value for money.
I love the fact they are eco-friendly and will last forever so we can cut down on plastic waste. Highly recommended and may they continue to grow.

Love raindrop products. I have them on auto delivery and had to do a late cancel of an order. The customer service was exceptional. Polite and efficient and managed to cancel my order and reimburse me very quickly. Great company

No reminder or warning of payment for subscription. I now have an oversupply and have paid out more when money is tight this month.

Had I had a reminder I would have delayed this order and carried on when I needed more product.

Left feeling blindsided with a sour taste for this company. No longer wish to be a part of this subscription service if this is how it’s run

Edit** - once I reached out to customer Serbia about this they were super helpful and changed my opinion on the company. I never received the email in my junk or main. However they were kind and efficient when resolving it.

Great concept, I love how easy to store and use the soap tablets are. I had a small issue with the bottle at the beginning and the customer service was great, instant reply and went above an beyond to sort out the issue.

I love the foamy feel, but it's a shame the soap doesn't retain as well the fragrance and leaves your hands as soft as normal soap. I hope with time they will improve the formula

Easy to order, kept informed & prompt, well packaged delivery. So easy to set up, just warm water & a tablet. Been using for a week & really happy, plus my hands feel really soft after using. In fact, I'm ordering a second bottle to use upstairs, as well as taking it a subscription.

The most amazing smell! Leaves your hands feeling so soft and moisturised, also the bottled are so chic. I love the colour options and scents they have to chose from!

I switched to raindrop soaps a couple of years ago to reduce plastic waste in my healthcare clinic. They are easy to use, smell great, and are both eco-friendly and economical. The green soap dispenser looks so good I now have one in my kitchen too!

Pros: Arrived quickly, dispenser looks slick and seems hard-wearing (except the pump - see below). Nice range of scents available.

Cons: Was disappointed for this product to shipped by Amazon as this is a company I actively try to avoid.
The first pump I tried didn't work well so I had to immediately switch to the spare pump provided - if your equipment warrants sending out a spare in case it breaks, maybe some improvement is needed! Seems a bit wasteful of plastic.
The foam isn't very richly scented for me.

Raindrop excellent products & customer service.

I've switched over all my cleaning products I can to Raindrop. Not only are they effective and conscious of the environment, but they're gorgeous.

Genuine and brilliant customer service always.

Absolutely fantastic company- brilliant concept, completely free of new plastic, and the only plastic bit is the foaming pump. Otherwise they have recycled amber glass bottles, drop in water handsoap tablets and paper packaging. Really good value too, and product works excellently. Fantastic customer services team who are incredibly helpful.

I ordered a refillable soap dispenser and cleaning refills.

First, the soap. Very easy to refill, great performance, and one of the cheapest refill options if ordering a 12 pack on subscription. Scents are incredibly subtle so if you want a powerful scent, this might not be for you. The dispenser looks great and feels premium. It's a decent price too if ordered with a subscription, at less than £8.00.

The cleaning refills were slightly more fiddly. Rather than being in tablet form, they're a sachet of powder.

Kitchen cleaner. This performs well and got rid of grease marks and general kitchen mess with ease. The scent is pretty much non-existent but isn't unpleasant by any means.

Surface cleaner. This seemed pretty decent. Surfaces were shiny with no residue after use. Again, scent is not noticeable.

Bathroom cleaner. This was terrible. I'm not sure if the effectiveness of product was affected by the fact the powder in the sachet had congealed on delivery. I had to cut it out in pieces and force it into the spray bottle. Scent wise it's a strange, powdery lemon scent which lingers unpleasantly. On limescale it was ineffective, and all surfaces were left dull. Once dry, there was a powdery residue left on everything.

Overall, I very much enjoy using the soap and it's one of the best value and performing refillable foaming soaps out there. Compared to Smol (which I currently use), its cheaper when ordered in a 12 pack and has a nicer dispenser. Two of the cleaners were decent, and one pretty terrible. Cost wise they're a bit much expensive than my regular Smol, so I don't think I'll be switching on these.

We have been using raindrop foaming soap for a few months now and we are really pleased with it. The bottle looks great and the foaming soap works well. It has been gentle on the kids hands and has a pleasant subtle scent. I have introduced it at my place of business too and so far everyone is really happy with it. A great product.

Absolutely love this product! It is so cost effective, easy to use and smells great. The foam is nice and thick and left our hands feeling clean and smooth. Would thoroughly recommend, much better than traditional soap

I’ve been using raindrops hand soaps for many months now and I am really pleased with the product and bottle. I have used both the capsule tablets and sachet refills.
I suffer from contact dermatitis which is worse when I have my hands in water, I have found that the foam soap helps with me not having to use as much water to rinse my hands.
I’m hoping to try more products in the future as I was so impressed with the ones I have so far, so am keen to try what else they have.

Like several other reviewers, my order never arrived. It was shipped by Amazon, but didn't get to my house. I have emailed customer services, but got no reply. I started to wonder if this was a real company, or just a scam. I'm starting to think that it is just a really bad company.

Not mad about the product. Bought the soap on subscription. Wanted to fill my own soap dispensers. Really hard and messy to do. Nothing special about the soap ie fragrance and quality. Love the idea for the environment but will look elsewhere. Emailed customer service yesterday early morning for assistance with my subscription as could not get link for password working. A day and half later still heard nothing. Managed to sort it and cancelled, so equally lack lustre customer service.

Ordered a starter pack, and refills, label created on Amazon delivery - but item never dispatched. Emailed for resolution, recieved no response from Raindrop. Had to go through Paypal to resolve and get e refund. Would not recommend, seller does not send items and then does not respond to emails.

Edit: received a reply from seller, they advise parcel arrived at courier hub but not scanned by courier… still glad that I cancelled via PayPal as feels like a bit of a feeble excuse when you see countless reviews on here with same thing happening, paid then no items received.

The hand soap and surface cleaners are really nice products. Softly fragranced and easy to use.

I’ve been using the foaming soap refills for the last couple of years and have been really pleased with them. Once refilled the bottle lasts a long time and the soap has a lovely scent. Also gentle on my skin - I have sensitive skin and many soaps make my hands sore but I’ve had no problems with this one. Plus so much more environmentally friendly than the disposable soap bottles.
