The customer service from Raffaly was excellent. Can't fault it. My issues were resolved in less than 24hrs and my raffle was a great success. We will definitely be using them again.

Great site, brilliant customer servcie!
We are a PTA and have used Raffaly this year for the first time after having used a competitor twice previously. What sold it for me, apart from the lower commission, was the ability to checkout as a guest, as many people mentioned they hadn't bought tickets because they didn't want to create an account. Liam was always kind, approachable, helpful and very responsive! Always willing to make changes to accommodate our needs. It has been a real pleasure to be able to work with a real person and not a customer service agency which is what we find in most places these days! The whole process was easy and straightforward and the little hurdles we found were mended straight away! I couldn't rate them highly enough! Definitely recommend. I also bought tickets and as a customer it was also a great and straight forward experience.

Over the past couple of days we have had some users outside of the UK failing to make payments via PayPal. We're working with PayPal for a solution.
We are also reaching out to other companies who take international payments. This is a process but as soon as we have finalised the paperwork and technicalities, it will be implemented immediately.
In the meantime, we are looking at temporary solutions in which, people like yourself can still enter the raffle.
If you still wish to enter the raffle, please contact me at liam@raffaly.com, so I can let you know when the issue has been resolved.

Have been trying to enter a fundraiser raffle to support Illumicrate but experienced so many website site issues. Page would not open so gave up in the end. Shame because I wanted to support this charity fundraiser. Update 13/06/2024 Website will not accept payment with credit card, only option is Paypal! Zero stars.

Site was hard to use
Site was hard to use. Hard to register. It then told me server failure when I tried to buy tickets. So I tried again. Got same message, but then realised both purchases had gone through. So I bought twice as much as I wanted.

We are sorry you didn't win but this is something we can't and wouldn't want to control.
The raffle hosts set how many tickets are available. And we do our raffle draws in the fairest way, an automatic draw, usually 15 minutes after the raffle has ended.
We hope the experience of Raffaly, outside of not winning, was pleasing.

Great raffle site and great communication.
So much easier than other raffle sites I’ve used.
Looking forward to using this site more in the future.
