I watched Friday Night Fashion with Amanda Wakeley a couple of weeks ago where she interviewed the new Radley Creative Director whose first new collection was being launched this fall. I paid attention because of his impressive credentials. When he showed his new and upcoming collection I fell in love with the Radley Chancery in Sheepskin. As soon as I got back to US I ordered it immediately. The bag was just delivered by FedEx and it is absolutely fabulous. No one would ever believe this is a $398( £299) bag. The finishes and the workmanship look like my high end designer bags. One of my friends saw it and went online to buy it and it is already sold out. I can’t wait for the raffia Chancery to come out in 2026 that he showcased in the show.

They ship out the items so quickly and my bags always come so nicely packaged. I haven’t had a reason to contact their customer service, but my friend has, and she said they are incredibly helpful. This is my favorite bag brand for a reason.

Just looking at the website for fun, I saw the Heirloom (I think!) pattern that is the trademark scotty worked into a herringbone-esque print. Love!! I got the 3-compartment crossbody, and it is now my favorite bag. Just the right size, with zippered compartments for security and a center snap for easy access to things like keys or sunglasses. Got it on sale, otherwise the prices might be a bit steep for me, not that theses bags aren't worth every penny.

Ordered a wallet, using a coupon code from their site. After 4 days they canceled the order saying it wasn't in stock. At that point the code wasn't valid any more. I emailed and they apologized and said if I ordered the wallet in a different color they'd refund me the difference to my original order. Ordered it, they then refused to respond to my emails, ignored my WhatsApp chat, and after 33 mins on hold to their customer care line, it told me no one was available and to hang up. Not a good experience, would not trust them again at all.

Every experience has been wonderful even when there was a mix-up on the address. They worked with me. The purses are delightful!

Ordered 3 times from this website and they sent parcels from Tennessee to California pretty fast. All the handbags were beautifully crafted in leather and nicely wrapped in sealed plastic bag and tissue paper. Very satisfied with my purchases and will come back again and again in the future.
*note: my only complaint about the shopping experience is on the US website many of the items are out of stock but you can’t know until you click on the item’s description page, so it wasted a lot of time while browsing and shopping.

Radley clearly are not the company they used to be! They’re now money grabbing fraudsters who do not deserve to have any customers at all.

I bought a new Radley bag online from the US website & on 18 May I collected my just received parcel from the post office. My new leather bag was inside a fully sealed plastic bag with no anti-moisture sachets which I thought odd & upon opening the sealed plastic bag I was disappointed to find some kind of soiling / marks / mould on the cream lining inside my new bag! 🥲

I emailed Radley straight away & I supplied photos of the soiled areas, so I could not believe it when Radley came back blaming me for these marks due to the time my parcel took to get to me in Australia?!

The Radley customer service team leader only offered me a 10% refund to keep the soiled bag I purchased brand new & in good faith! This is definitely not an option for me as I don’t want a faulty bag with soiled lining!

A couple days later I received an email from the Radley customer service manager calling me ‘abusive’ in her email?! I’ve only sent two polite emails which I have kept & I have had zero telephone calls with anyone from Radley, so I can only assume she is calling me ‘abusive’ for leaving an honest negative review of my experience? I wanted to upload photos of the soiled bag I received, but unfortunately I was unable to do so due to Trustpilot’s rules.

I don’t want my money back, I don’t want a soiled bag, I just want the brand new Maddox Road bag in Seaweed that I ordered online & paid for! I am at a complete loss as to why I am being treated so poorly by this company?

Ordered a beautiful purse , got a fab discount, delivered two days later, can't complain just love Radley products, the quality is second to none, it lasts and you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic service. I ordered a purse on 5 day delivery at 3pm. It was here the next day at 11 am. Good quality love this brand. Reasonably priced online. In our local store £30 difference. Came in immaculate condition. Will definitely be using again.
