We bought an old property and was looking at how we could run it more efficiently. We contacted Radiant and they sent their guy out who went through everything with us. We had our Air Source Heat Pump and new heating system installed with Radiant. What a great experience from start to finish, talked through everything from the outset and all through the installation. The final handover was very thorough and our system runs and performs amazing! Highly recommend these guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole process of changing our gas boiler to an ASHP could not have been easier. From initial estimate to obtaining the government grant, Radiant Renewables made it simple and affordable. Polite, helpful and friendly staff made it a pleasure. Would recommend to anybody.

I’ve had a lot of problems with my heating system which was installed 2020. We became new owners in 2022. Engineers have replaced many parts at great expense since.
In June 2024 I queried the invoice because it included work that had been brought forward from the original quote (as it broke down quicker than hoped). That work was done and paid for in full but appeared on the invoice when the rest of the work was done. I raised this straight away and apology was accepted and a new invoice was to be sent. This never transpired. Due to my experience I raised a number of questions and suggested resolution for consideration. I was informed it had been passed to the managing Director. I chased up by phone and email, he was on holiday, away etc.etc. but nothing transpired. I decided to make a 50% payment of £650 in the interim. Still no updated invoice and no response. Mon 2nd September I received a demand for overdue account for the full unadjusted amount. I emailed accounts with the previous communication no response, I emailed Accounts, a member of staff & the Managing Director, no response, I followed up email today requesting only an acknowledgment of receipt. No response.
So what other mediums can I use as phone calls and emails are not resolving or getting to where they need to be. This is probably a good choice I think to engage the much needed conversation and resolution for all parties

Radiant fitted and maintains our air source heat pump. They have always been very professional and have come when I have had difficulties or concerns. They have excellent technical knowledge and advice. I would really recommend them.

After contacting them by phone, they asked for photos and several details. And then nothing, no reply, no follow up, nothing.

We only used Radient for the design and supply of the system. Currently it is running on a remote biomass boiler as part of a district heating system. When the RHI on the pellet boiler expires,we intend to replace it with individual air source pumps, which may get more efficient as time goes on, or if feasible, a bore hole and large ground source pump to replace the biomass boiler. The system works faultlessly . Thanks.

We were recommended to this firm by someone living in the village. This company did everything they said they would. Nice to deal with and a good bunch of fitters. I didnt hear one swear word which in these days is unusual with a group of lads.

Great technical knowledge and support but equally, very pragmatic in their approach to finding an efficient blended solution across a number of decarbonisation options for our business that were practical and affordable for our specific needs.
