I've just had 2 composite doors fitted with radiance,i can't recommend this company enough the service was excellent from start to finish clare kept me up to date throughout the fitters arrived on time and did a brilliant job they left everywhere clean and tidy and my new doors look perfect

Right from the start Radiance Doors went above and beyond to help me find the perfect door for my son. I was unable to attend the property myself, but Claire assisted me through the whole process, offering friendly advice keeping me up updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and I had the utmost trust in Claire and her team. They did a fantastic job, and the new door was fitted earlier than the scheduled date and looks amazing. I had the best experience with Radiance Doors and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fitting new porch door
Our dark wood appearance pvc porch door, let little light into our hall. We needed a change! We were very impressed with Clare’s advice at Radiance Doors. Always polite, extremely patient and very understanding, she responded to us promptly updating us with the latest information. When Richard surveyed the porch, his advice regarding the windows and glass was excellent. The quality of the product they installed is first class, including door handle, letterbox etc. We now have a lovely porch door, perfect for our porch and hall, which is bright and welcoming. Friendly & reliable service from start to finish. Really good communication throughout. Arrived when they said they would, did a great job and left no mess. Had the front door done first and we were so impressed we got them back to do the back door too!

Radiance Doors were very efficient and helpful, giving us all the information we needed to make a decision as well as the installation itself. They did a very tidy job and we are very pleased with the result.

Claire was amazing and so helpful! She couldn't have done any more for me if she tried! This was so stress free from start to finish, very accommodating and no at all pushy! Absolute 100% customer service. And the lads that came out to do the fitting were great! So polite, hard working, checking i was happy with everything as they went along. They both cleaned everything up after they were finished. Claire got in touch straight away after the work was completed just to make sure I was happy. I can not recommend these guys enough!

Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them, from invaluable advice not only about windows and doors but other building work that I wasn't sure about.
Our new windows and doors that they've fitted to a VERY high standard look so good and immediately stop the drafts we had from the old one's.
The fitters, Tom and Danny did a brilliant job, worked none stop to get everything fitted quickly to an amazing standard and everything left immaculate when they'd finished.

Everything was perfect from the word go contact,quote,confirmation to fitting was fantastic. Even the fitters did a really great job and clean up did not have to do anything after they finished. A really good family firm, made you feel part of there family. Would I use them again YES would not go anywhere else we was so impressed by the service they provided

A great big thankyou to Radiance doors. we decided to have a new front door and wanted something bespoke, we tried 6 different companies who offered very standard options with no real help as to something unique, not just your average front door, then we met Claire and Richard the Rolls Royce from Radiance doors, and just WOW!!!, a phone call that day led to a swift appointment and from then on we embarked on a massive journey to get that eye catching finished product, and we definitely got it, Claire's attention to detail, patience and approach took away all the stress and made it fun, the finished product is outstanding and a real credit to them, from initial consultation to fitting and after service cannot be faulted, we cant recommend them enough, if you want that "something special" Radiance doors are the dream team, a great team effort from start to finish and would recommend them with total confidence, we just wish there was more than 5 stars!!! Well what a lovely company!

we first contacted radiance doors as we saw them advertising their services on a local group. we knew we wanted a new door however with the current climate being so uncertain, and us being first time homeowners, we didn't want to rush into it.

Over a few months, we emailed over and Claire & Emma were so helpful and really patient with us. There was never any pressure from anyone and they were so happy to alter our design and show us the different colours as we were so clueless and indecisive! (So many nice options to choose from).

The prices in our opinion, are really good too. Especially considering the final product received.

Richard then came out and measured the door for us, and gave us some great advice on colour options and ideas too!

Tom who fitted the door was also really friendly and extremely trustworthy to be able to leave your home with to let him crack on with the job! Which came out looking so flawless!

We are so extremely pleased with our new door and feel very grateful for how understanding and kind this family run business are. It really makes you feel good knowing your money is going into good people and their hard work.
