I usually buy tennis and padel rackets and apparel. My experience with Racket Central was amazing, the order arrived fast and the customer support team is great. I should definitely recommend them and will be my first choice for future purchases.

Ordered size 7.5 shoe and was delivered as promised during the holiday season. However, the model size was to small so I contacted them for a return/replacement to size 8 for the new/unused 7.5. They sent a return label which I used to pack the 7.5s and sent out right away. I could track the delivery of the return (like I could the order). Once I saw it was delivered, I contacted them to ask when the replacement would ship out. When they got back to me, it had already shipped and arrived ahead of schedule. Great support work!

I’ve gotten pickleball equipment from Racket Central. Paddles, shoes and balls. Prices are always good. Delivery is quick. Any small issues I’ve had have been taken care of to my satisfaction.

We have had a great experience with Racket Central for our field hockey needs! I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoes for my daughter and we had a very easy exchange for the Osaka cleats she wanted for outdoor turf. She had foot surgery and these cleats provided the best support and protection. We were so grateful for the ease of exchange for the right size! Returning customers when we needed indoor shoes! 12/26 update: By way of an update, out of fairness to the online retailer, RacketCentral, they contacted me shortly after I left the original review below. They apologized in writing and verbally and reversed all originally charges. As a healthy token of apology, they also offered to comp a like-priced padel at NO cost to me, which is currently shipping. While the original experience was very poor, I'd write it off a growing pains at a very hectic time of year. Gving them the benefit of the doubt, with the assumption that the complimentary racquet is delivered in a reasonable timeframe, I have changed the rating from 1 start to 4 stars.

I ordered a padel racket on Thursday 12/18 with express 2-day shipping (at a $30 premium) in order to receive before Christmas, as it is a gift to my wife. Her only gift, so the stakes are high, ha! I have messaged Racket Central daily (website message, emails and voice), given the tight timeline but have not received any communication whatsoever. The lack of communication is very frustrating and inexcusable, especially for a company which offers expedited premium shipping services, as they may ultimately have no value.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I would not want anyone else to have this experience. Perhaps it's a one-off at this demanding time of year. Perhaps the padel will still show up in time... If so, I will update this review.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Record Central. It has been nearly two weeks with no one answering the phone, and several days just to get a response to my email. Got used and broken stuff. Even after finally hearing back, I was told I still need to wait for return approval. This company is very slow to communicate and clearly does not value its customers’ time. Lesson learned—I will not be ordering from this company again.

I'd give this company Zero stars for their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes and was seeking a return or an exchange. I have tried to contact them via email, phone call, chat over the past 2 weeks with no response. Their website has 2 different phone numbers and neither seem like a legitimate number. Both go straight to a personal or anonymous voicemail. I'd avoid ordering with them.

What I purchased was sent by UPS, and even it was shown as delivered, it was not received. I sent an email to Raquetcentral and they offered to send me a 2nd one at a different mailing address, in order to receive before I travel. The advise I received before the purchase, and what happened then was better than expected.
