Rach attacked me outside b&m over cups absolutely shocking behaviour if you ask me… smh 😕

So I’ve heard a lot of negative stuff about this person from TikTok. Seems all the information is completely correct. Her mods don’t allow people to ask questions without blocking/muting them so I’m not sure how she expects to run this business if everything is done on live. She’s frequently rude, condescending, ignorant and woe betide you if you have a question about your order. Honestly there are far more professional people selling what she sells that actually offer a genuine personalisation of a cup and they’re not using the personalisation to get out of distance selling regulations. Honestly, buy a cup and a decal from B&M or something and make it yourself. It’ll be a lot cheaper than buying from this charlatan and you’ll have actually have some rights and not be ignored. That’s not even going through the cats that have worms, frequent wiping of her nose on clothes, constant messing with her hair, dirty work surfaces, sending cups out that are filthy.

No sanitation whatsoever, sat on the floor too psck orders where she'd been walking barefoot and her animals who she herself has admitted have worms are walking round whilst she's packing orders. Uses her mouth to break tape instead of Scissors. Has the cats all over her work station where she has products eith no sanitation. Constantly wiping her nose and sweaty face with her hands then touches products without washing hands. Sells orders before she has the stock without knowing wether stock is damaged or not

Where do I start? Absolutely shocking. Rachel demands to see postcodes on her live chat to confirm the customer in chat is the person who’s ordered. I have seen people posting their entire postcode in a TikTok chat, completely breaching gdpr by asking for these customers to post their postcode. Cats all over the sides, doesn’t use gloves for some unknown reason, sprays hands with antiseptic spray but then wipes it off on her trousers/shorts, how clean! On top of this Rachel comes across as a spoilt person who is very privileged and expects people to order and deal with her disrespectful remarks and sarcastic comments 24/7. Would never order from this company due to its lack of basic hygiene, lack of customer service, disgusting comments, broken cups and choke hazards and cats practically packing the cups themselves whilst having worms. Seriously hope this business gets taken down asap, this is NOT how you run a business.

The cats have worms there’s a video please search it on TikTok. She proceeds to let them walk all over the table and roll all over where the cups are made. This is a real problem. Especially if you’re allergic to cat fur.

Absolutely disgusting vile human being: no cleanliness - Allows her animals whom have worms to walk all over her working area.
Touches her face /nose all the time and doesn’t use cleansing materials.
Is extremely RUDE to customers whom have a query. Claims to ask you to email her yet she DOESNT read her emails as said so online.
Reported this business to HMRC as she buys her cups from home bargain and sells them on at a big profit….

Rachel is lovely makes all cups in front of you live on tiktok, I watch Rachel daily she loves to have banter due to trolls consistently degrading her due to stuff she done years ago! People forget wee all have a past. Rachel cleans cups regularly during the process. Yes Rachel has pets an has never hid that from anyone she will willing show of her cat and hamster with nothing to hide. Rachel is trying to do something good yet people will not let her past be left there. She may joke about worms in cups but if u have 2k viewers and 20 plus are all writing in comments do worms come free she laughs an agrees yes worms come free with cups no straws with cups drink from the worm its all banter to the trolls. Have the reviews here are trolls who haven't even bought a cup and are genuinely just trying to ruin her for her past.

Full of cat hairs and arrived late and broken

Absolutely smug dirty individual she thinks the sun shines out of her cups. She dint even no how to make them properly let alone sell them. Customer service is non existent. She will get closed down in the end but will somehow blame it on everyone else and say she had to close her website down due to trolls. Running back to Lucy every 2 minutes and having arguments on live yet she calls her business professional. Professional for prats more like 🤣

Ordered a cup from rachel and honestly I've not seen anything like it. You woukd get a cleaner cup off the streets.
Cat hair all over the lid the straw was covered in finger marks and grease. Her customer service is awful you make a complaint and she blocks you. So many sexural comments which are totally inappropriate for a business targeting familys ect.
Will not be ordering again and will be telling others to stay away

This woman is a prolific scammer. Please be careful who you are buying off. Her cats are in desperate need of spaying, she knew how much this operation was needed and played into peoples love of animals and scammed money for the entire operation for both cats then spent the money (gf confirmed this). Cats still not been spayed and in constant pain. Talking of the cats, Rachel has confirmed they have had an issue with worms the entire time she has owned them and she can’t get rid of them (worms seen hanging out of bums on the lives) these cats are constantly around the cups. I hate to think how many homes have been infected due to her unsanitary practices.

UPDATE : NOW CALLED HOLY COW CUSTOMS I went on to Rachelscupcustoms tiktok page as I was going to order a cup. She sat and laughed about picking her bottom and how her cats had worms and stated on live she had her woman thing on.She allowed her cat to walk over her desk where cups were being made. I took my custom elsewhere. She has a desk hoover for hoovering up glitter and calls it Gary. Shocking behaviour beware! Update: I ordered cup from another seller on TikTok and the difference in customer interaction and service was like night and day.

Have watched her make cups on lives and will ask the customer to confirm their postcode on live in-front of hundreds of people. Also very rude woman and no sense of hygiene.

I have had two orders from Rachel now, I love my products, it was great to watch them made, she makes sure you get exactly what you want, they were well packaged and presentable, I was very happy with my order.

I ordered from Rachel not being aware of what to expect I didn't realize till after receiving the cup that it has come from a house with cats this needs to make people aware if they have allergies with animals to avoid. Over all for the cup the design was what I asked for, the lid of the cup was not the cleanest. I then did my research a bit more and found this person on another platform and I watched the live stream and it turns out only the one but off the cup is wiped over and not the top. The only good thing that came out of receiving this was the thankyou sticker and the cup clean instructions. Please do your research before purchasing

This lady needs banning from selling her disgustingly dirty, cat worm filled, unhygienic cups!!! Her cat was seen passing a worm on her Tiktok live within centimetres of a cup she was making. She proceeded to finish said cup and without using gloves or any sanitizer, she packed that cup to send off. She had around 1k of people in that live telling her of the issue and she ignored every one. She is VERY rude to potential customers who are asking genuine questions like do you resin the stoppers, are they kid safe etc and she down right makes the whole thing to be a joke. She is continually using racism and xenophobic words and has been banned on her multiple Tiktok accounts for a few days at a time but unfortunately it isn't enough. She needs removing from Tiktok and should have a warning banner on her Shopify account that she DOES NOT comply with basic hygiene and such.
Her cups are nothing more than B&M ones that she sticks a sticker on. She uses the word decal to try and sound better but ultimately it's a sticker.
A letter and email have been sent to Monmouth County Council trading standards (of which she states she has been visited by them, but clearly hasn't been) to again outline the issues here. Shopify, do your due diligence too and see what she's selling via your platform. I think you need to address this as a matter of urgency before a customer takes it further!!

Great customer service, cup was exactly what i ordered loved the fact i could watch my cup being made live. Cup was sanitised throughout the process, delivery was super fast and cup was packaged very well. There are some people who are trying to spoil it for this young lady which is very sad.

Rachel on was live on social media so i attempted to ask about her cups she later told me to stop spamming and being a troll by the way I asked once she later blocked me

Ordered a Cup from RachelsCupsCustoms she made the cup on Tiktok live in front of 900 people. i felt humiliated and bullied by the trolls and rachel whilst she was making my cup by then i couldn’t request a refund cup was already made.

tried to ask for a refund via email no reply.

my experience has been terrible and has made my Anxiety very high have even lost sleep over this due to stress of it all.

i suggest anyone who buys from rachelsCupsCustoms to be cautious and wary as she’s not a very nice person.

They cats sleep on boxes where package is used for product and the cats have worms. very concerning. if i had known before ordering i wouldn’t have ordered.
