Amazing support from start to finish from Sam pre-race & the amazing Henry on race day to calm the nerves of two first time race organisers. Nothing was too small to explain & Sam always found a solution to any problems. Absolute pleasure working with this company !!

Emily was a superstar, guiding me through everything I needed to do, answering endless questions, and managing the process right through to the end with great patience and good humour. Rory was terrific on the day, and their colleagues were swift to provide the final results in the required formats.

A lovely company who provide a very personalised service and lots of communication. It was my first time as Race Organiser for Tideswell Fell Race and RTS really took the stress away. Henry arrived on site with plenty of time for set and support for me. He was so helpful, professional, nothing was too much trouble. Emily provided great pre event support and managed my barrage of questions very well!
The results were live which made it super easy for the competitors to find out how they’d done. It was also very straightforward to add last minute registrations. Overall a great experience!

Complete failure to deliver. We ordered race numbers from them with plenty of time for delivery, despite repeated requests for updates and we would get them in time, they have failed to arrive for our event. We have asked them to chase delivery or to reprint but have refused - poor customer service and we are left in an embarrassing situation ahead of our event

At Ranelagh Harriers, we've been working with Race Timing Solutions for a few years now on our main events, the Ranelagh Half and Ranelagh 10K, so we've always known we were in good hands. But at our new flagship event, the Sunset Sprint, they really went above and beyond.

They provided everything we asked for and more: AV, timings, tents, cabling, sound, lighting and technical equipment & support and helped us bring a brand-new event to life. As our first time putting on this race, there were a lot of moving parts, but from start to finish, the entire team made the whole process so much easier.

Shout out to Joe & Kev, who did not stop at all; they did everything - setting up, troubleshooting, supporting the event as it unfolded and staying right through to break everything down at the end of the night. They were professional, friendly, calm and incredibly helpful throughout, with a real “get it done” attitude. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were a pleasure to work with.

RTS, and Joe & Kev, played a huge part in helping us realise what became an amazing first Sunset Sprint, and we are hugely grateful for their support. We would happily recommend Race Timing Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced end-to-end race timing service team. You guys rock!

Really competent, gave great confidence, and no issue was ever too much. It was great to have Joe and Kev with us for our inaugural event - with so much going on it was a relief to know that they had everything sorted. They quietly and efficiently made sure everything was set up and good to go.

I needed some split times which weren't actually available to the public and race timing solutions dug them out and sent them my way. Absolutely amazing service.

We used RTS for our XC league race and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Joe was our timer on the day and provided excellent advice on setup.

Clear communication from start to finish with Emily who supported the coordination of our 2025 events. We used Race Timing Solutions for two of our triathlon events and felt extremely satisfied with their support all throughout. Joe our Timer was excellent at delivering all of our racking, race packs, and extras, as well as setting up and monitoring the chip timing on the day in all pre-agreed locations, no hassle. He was also great at correcting any chip timing matters that had faults and supporting the crew in all matters of wave times.

I really recommend RTS for all their services, we continued to be highly satisfied with their support and look forward to working with them again.
