Happy with policy but not so with Quotacy Agent response time
I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.

Easy & Delightful Experience
The folks at Quotacy completely demystified the life insurance selection process and made applying easy and straightforward. They helped with choosing a company, provided plain-language explanations to things, checked in frequently to ensure I had all the info I needed, and were just plain delightful. My policy was activated within a few weeks of applying, which I never would have accomplished on my own. Thank you!!
