I had an amazingly smooth and easy experience with Joseph, Christina and Julissa with my home mortgage. They were able to get me a better offer than my current mortgage company so I switched to them. From start to finish, we closed in just over 3 weeks! Throughout the process, they were clear and transparent, super responsive, and also really friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Joseph, Christina and Julissa! Thank you guys so much!!

Fulbio did an amazing job. His eloquence, professionalism and experience really shined while working with my family specially with my mom. Him and Quontic bank helped us get the right capital and interest rate to obtain a nice home in our preferred area.

What made my experience great was Kristina Kovacs. Hands down the best agent a business could have. Kristina work ethic is amazing she makes you feel import, listens, resolves and guides you into what's best for you. Not at any point did i feel pushed or pressed. The reason I wanted to go with Quontic is because I own a business, and I wanted to borrow against my business equity to purchase a home. This isn't a common type of loan, but Marcelo and Quontic were very easy to work with. They were in communication with my realtor and broker so that the transaction proceeded as smoothly as possible.

So far so great. Highly competitive CD rates, smooth account set up and funding, basic but easy to navigate interface, responsive and professional customer service, and what look like good security procedures.

Closed my account because I had a fraud case and I complained about the fraud process in comparison to other financial institutions. They still haven’t wired my money back to me.

Great job Marcelo and thank you for holding my hand through the process and being so available. 5 stars!!!

As far as I know this was the only bank that required a two digit middle initial when filing out their application!!!

I believe I became a customer in 2022 and my latest experience was a question about some of my settings and got answers quickly and efficiently and pleasant. I have not had the same experience as some others because I only have banking accounts and CDs. It seems those with loans have better experiences. I agree that the process of opening a CD or a checking account is quite excessive. I already had CDs and then when I wanted to open a checking account, they weren’t able to find me so I had to go through the whole process that I had gone through the first time with all the information with pictures and identification and emails back-and-forth. I do love it because there’s always someone to answer your question in so many different ways email phone chat so forth , so as long as Quontic has great rates, I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others.

Initiated the "open an account" request. Never got the verification email (hit the resend button twice). I think they're phishing for personal info, and now, unfortunately they've got my full name, email and phone number. Stay away!

5 stars because there was no greater option. I applied with hesitation to a non traditional lender I found online or in a credit karma link or written on the wall next to a truck stop urinal. I cannot recall where.

First, Kristina Kovacs. What can I say? She spoon fed me the application and burped me when I was done. Professional. Quick. Incredible. Just a phenomenal experience. Then she brings in Ashley the closer who answered all my remaining Querries. What a duo. I have recommended Quontic to 10 friends already based solely on the personal service these 2 provided. I had the same issue as the previous customers. I really doubt whether this bank is trying to collect people's sensitive information (SSN, name, DOB, address, contact info, external bank information, etc.).

I submitted an online application for their CD, but my request was declined. They only sent me an email to notify me and give me a list of information that might be wrong so that their weird system was unable to verify me. No case number or application number was enclosed.

I called their customer service line, but the staff was unable to do anything and couldn't even tell me which type of information the system thought was wrong. I am really worried about all the sensitive information I provided via their website.

The personalized experience of working with Marcelo, Vasiliki, Ray, and Patricia is 2nd to none. They basically walked us through the process of getting a mortgage step by step, very judiciously, and patiently when other banks would not or could not. They very much came to our rescue and made us feel well taken care of through the whole process. We would work with them again and again.

The process of opening an account was easy and it did take a few days to complete everything. I have been very happy ever since.

What a great experience my wife and I had with Quontic! We had a difficult timeline and they passed with flying colors. Nick, Vasilik, Ray and Patricia were truly a pleasure to work with. I’m also the realtor and I’ve worked with hundreds of banks and lenders in the Bay Area, the way Quontic answered the call at every turn was something I never experienced before as a realtor. They answered our phone whenever we called, the emailed us immediately and was pleasant attitude throughout. I can’t thank them enough for their diligence and commitment to the customer!

Denied my application with the reason that they were unable to verify "some" or "any" of my information. Ridiculous.

Amazing to work with! They are very efficient, guide you through every step of the way and we're very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us. We highly recommend!

I have a lot of experience in investment properties and financing. I found Quontic Bank to be the best I worked with and top notch. They were responsive to EVERY inquiry, worked hard to make it work and great to work with, there is a team there that were all up to speed on each step in the process. I will not hesitate to use them again. Really very pleased with them

I completely agree with Matt. In spite of having excellent credit, they sent a form stating 5 potential reasons why they were denying my request for service. I politely e-mailed back and requested for them to be more specific, so they sent the same e-mail back. I will gladly put my money in a company that appreciates my business.
