Top Quality All Round
Simple and informative website. Easy payment. Quick delivery to Spain. Shoes M3 Pro MAAP edition are excellent quality and fit my narrow feet well in my normal size 42. Love the look and style of the shoes. Material is easy to keep clean. Dials are easy to adjust on the bike. Great pair of shoes.

Superb customer support and warranty!
I own two pairs of Quoc shoes: the original leather Tourers and Gran Tourers. The outer sole on the Gran Tourers came off of the cleat plates. Quoc support person admitted the flaw on the early iterations of the shoes and offered a replacement pair. There were minor complications during the delivery of the shoes, but it was not Quoc's fault but mine. The whole communication and case management with the support person was super-fast, smooth and clear. Zero hesitation on the company's side. Many thanks.
P.S. Regular shoe glue didn't fix the shoes but epoxy seems to hold them soles together just fine several rides in.

My first cycle shoes ever
My first cycle shoes ever. I wanted something different from what my local bike shop sold. My brother also recommended them. However his came with a shoe bag whereas mine did not. I probably should’ve sized up in order to accommodate wool socks on colder rides. Shipping via FedEx was a nightmare. If given the chance again I would choose a different carrier. My high expectations for delivery and presentation of the shoes fell a bit short. The fit is decent but probably should’ve sized up to accommodate wool socks for colder rides.

We do apologies that your shoes didn’t come with a shoe bag, that’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. We will happily send one out to you, please can you provide a shipping address and we would be happy to send this to you.
We understand sizing can be tricky, especially if you want to wear thicker wool socks in colder weather. Sizing up is definitely something we recommend if you plan on using thicker socks, and we’re always here to help with sizing advice to ensure the best fit for you.

Really uncomfortable but look great
Let's start with the positive - these shoes look amazing, but the issue is when paying over £300 for a pair of shoes I expected them to be comfortable.
I've had multiple high end cycling shoes previously and they are all comfortable, so I don't understand why these shoes really start to hurt my feet so much after around 50 miles.
I've spoken to the customer service team and the response basically said that the soles are very cheap because most of their customers and staff put custom insoles in them.
So in summary if you have custom insoles already then they may be amazing. If you don't expect to pay £100+ for some decent insoles to try and get them to be usable.
Time will tell, but if my new insoles which are currently order don't do the trick it will be a £300 pair of shoes in the bin as once you add cleats to them you cannot return
