SCAM! They won't cancel...

You can't do ANYTHING without downloading an obtrusive app that collects and shares every possible kind of data. That includes CANCELING the order. Ive emailed support twice trying to cancel but they refused to cancel or/and ignored my email. Ill have to dispute the charge with my credit card to get it canceled. DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM!

Por un incidente de salud no pude…

Por un incidente de salud no pude utilizar la aplicación de hello piano.
Al solicitar la cancelación de mi suscripción, fueron amables, eficientes y rápidos.
No puedo decir lo mismo de simply piano con un departamento de soporte ineficaz y disperso, por la experiencia que he tenido personalmente.

Здесь в программе не понятные мне обозначения и оказывается нужен провод чтобы подключиться к телефону- почему об этих условиях не говорится в начале, когда обещают научить играть?

Seems like a scam...

I paid for a trial but have received nothing. Luckily the fraud department at my bank contacted me you say a continuous payment of £39.99 had been set up. They have cancelled my credit card and are are going to attempt to retrieve that payment.
I certainly will be more dubious about similar online companies.

Scam behaviour

Scam behaviour. Bought a trial but when I had to get a note pack they charged me about $15 without telling me before. Not cool! Also can’t see any way to cancel subscrition. Not cool. Also no obvious way to contact the company. WTF?. I hate apps that charge without telling first.

I have been billed for £34 which I did not give the ok for, was never sent a confirmation and cannot even get to use the app. I need to cancel any further payments.

It seems to be a scam

It seems to be a scam. I paid for one sub period and cancelled, but the charges continue, even higher. I originally agreed to pay 19,99 € but now they charge 39,98 a month although the app and App Store say, I do not have a subscription. I have contacted them by email but there is no reply. There is also a Reddit post about this. There is no way to unsub.

The €19.99 price you mentioned is an introductory offer for the first billing period. After that period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price (€39.98 per month) unless it is cancelled before the renewal date. This pricing structure is clearly shown on the paywall before confirming the purchase.

Regarding subscription management, cancellations must be done through the Apple App Store subscription settings, as Apple handles all payments and subscription controls for iOS apps. If the subscription does not appear in your App Store subscriptions list, it may also be available through the Settings tab inside the app, where subscription status and management options are shown.

We definitely want to help resolve this. Please contact our support team at support@themusiclearner.com
and include the purchase receipt or transaction ID, and we will investigate the charges as quickly as possible.
