21+ days non smoker. Even I am surprised! A 50plus year heavy smoker, agreed to try again, as one of my daughters suggested some options. I tried the first curtesy day of QuitSure. I liked the positive approach. You can smoke for the 6 day programme, but you will want to stop on Day 6. You will chose to stop. And in spite of doubts, did daily lessons and important exercises, and yes, wanted to stop on Day 6! I thought I knew everything, but I learned new things about how nicotine affected my brain. I now understood the LAw of Smoking. The excercise to fully experience smoking, the taste, smell, look, and what it did or didn’t do, is what I recall when there is an urge. The 6 day programme was well designed. I appreciated the community bulletin board, seeing that I am not alone! And the availability of a coach, in my case, Mike, quick to respond in a thorough manner issues and questions presented. I have recommended the course to one friend. I expect to make it this time! If not, will do the same course again. As it really is good! Thanks to all those involved in designing this program.

It worked for me. There were some struggles i.e. I procrastinated a lot. But this program helped me through that as well. I quit smoking easily. Coach Kevin was the perfect guide on my journey. He was so patient and kind. Thank you to the makers

So this was my fifth attempt using this app to quit smoking, i get urges even today after 7 days, i had drink last day aboutb2 beers and 2 peg of whisky but didn't feel i am missing on a ciggerate, yes there is a void in my life right now, but it will get filled with something interesting, and something valuable, in my firstb4 attempt i was not paying attension towards the mindfull smoking but this time i did, go for this app you will be amazed how nicotine is the most addictive drug, and how it associate beliefs with your emotions, but in reality there is no enjoyment in smoking

Had mixed emotions going through this. I've tried multiple times to quit on my own thought willpower, medications, nicotine gums. It didn't resolve my desire to smoke it's was either controlling them, making me number Or not giving me the satisfaction I thought about smoking the smoke, ritual, having it while listening to music, drinks, friends etc.
And I've also used this app multiple times it's not the apps fault I failed because
- I didn't clear all my smoking deceptions I wasn't aware of a few even after my first attempt I promised my mother to wait for 3 more days and didn't want to break mupromise so avoided taking time to understand my deception again properly. Felt I almost came out but got my foot stuck.
- after quitting ciggarettes
- I recklessly lit one having no desire at all just did it and I came back (duration of quitting 6 months ) - law of smoking
2nd- I had hukka in between and after 6 months or so I thought of having cigar becuase I had the deception of Boredom and landed back to the same spot . THE LAW OF SMOKING and nicotine substitution
- and then quit again and tried desi hukka under a little peer pressure and boom.... Square 1 (2 YEARS)

- yes I failed multiple times but this time I understood it from the core

This app teaches about smoking deceptions which helped me not only to quit smoking cigarettes but also weed and alcohol abuse, I applied the same technique to alcohol and weed.. I wrote down everything, Why ? I asked why ? For every deceptions... That helped me.

Seemed good at the start, asked a lot of relevant questions. Reeled me in with free promises which you cant get - then the payment stuff kicked in. Here is what you get for trying to quit

I tried it two times. First time I didn’t follow it with the correct discipline and I started again after 5 months because I thought that just smoking once at a party wouldn’t hurt. Right back. Second time I did it with discipline even though the storyline and the movies are a bit cheaply made and a very “american” style (sorry, no offence). But the approach is good and it worked. Today I feel disgusted with the smell and the looks of “urinesticks”. I added a few pictures of very uncool and unhealthy smokers to my own photo library, that I looked at simultaneously and that also helped. I recommend it, but also recommend Quitsure to upgrade on the photo side and make their own photos instead of using stock photos. It’s cool to feel
healthy and cool NOT to smoke. Just saying.
Been off for a year now. And definitely off for life now.
Also a nice feeling of freedom, that the tobacco companies does not control/influence my brain. Do the program, but follow it even though it takes time and it seems very repetitive on the way. It’s true that it is your subconscious that needs to be worked on. Simple but true.

I signed up for the programme and part way thru had to deal with medical issues involving family members in their 70,s and stupidly thought I could come back to this and start again when things had been resolved only to find out Google/quitsure were continuing to take £50 a month on a standing order and their response when I contacted them and explained was 'oh dear' ...... and still no refund
It worked! It worked with no “pain”, no Nicotine replacement, and no drugs. It worked when I thought I had tried everything and failed. I smoked at least 1 pack per day for 45 years. This actually worked. I am a non-smoker. I am fianalkt, gratefully free!
The program is smart and can work. The quality of the videos, scripts are poor. Grammar is not fantastic either. “The best decision I ever took” for example. If you can deal with a serious lack of attention to detail and awkward language then you should be successful.
Life changing! It realy works. It's been 3 months since I quit smoking using the app and I totally recommend it. You will not regret it. You just need to follow the program exactly as they tell you and you'll finally be free!
They lack on communication. A lot. If you do not ask they never bother themselves. They barely communicate and tell you about the company policies. Then they say you should have asked. But in fact as a company they are responsible to explain their employees about the policies. They make payments late. Again you have to ask for the payments. No one seems to bother themselves to make payments in time. I do not recommend someone to work with this company. At all.

I tried to quit smoking more than 10 times (with no sucess) before I downloaded Quitsure! After a view days I learned so much about my addiction through personalized learning material (videos, Coach, diary) and it was no hurdle at all to quit smoking after the Quitsure program. I am smoke-free for over two month with no cravings or urge. I feel amazingly free and would highly recommend the app for anyone who wants to quit!
