Best staff and customer service out of anywhere we've rented in London
Rented two flats here for several years. Great place to live. Safe, clean, and well-connected.
Highlight is the helpful and kind building staff that goes above and beyond for their tenants. Special thanks to Anne from the residents team, and Karol & Andrea from the maintenance team. They made our move-in smooth, and made sure the flat was arranged to meet our needs and preferences.

Honestly, if you’re staying in Wembley, don’t look anywhere else. The accommodation was perfect, and Ken on reception went above and beyond – he was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and I genuinely wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in the future.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Ferrum
I’ve really enjoyed living at Ferrum! The apartments are super comfortable with great modern facilities. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and supportive. A special thanks to the maintenance team and especially Karol!!! He’s incredibly professional, kind, and always takes even the smallest request seriously. As the first place I rented after moving to London, I feel so lucky to have started my journey here.

Really Happy to be living at Ferrum
Really happy to be living at Ferrum. It’s my first time living in London and I feel very lucky to have found such a nice place. The building is modern, the facilities are great, and everything feels really well looked after. Also mention Luca, Karol and the whole Ferrum team, who are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we need anything. They’ve made settling into London much easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

Best Maintenance Team!
Quintain in general is quite good, but at Ferrum I have to highlight the quality service of the maintenance team led by Lucian. Lucian manages the best team in the business, he is always very fast and responsive in every request supported by his very skilled team of engineers. I can confirm they have solved all my requests in a efficient and quick way. Super friendly and really recomends their services!
