Ive been a resident at the Robinson for the past 6 months and Hamza has been helping me with all my maintenance issues and problems and gets things done very quickly. I must say again his customer service and professionalism is top tier.

Was so lovely of them to arrange a Women’s day event!! The vibes were positively immaculate and so very fun!! Liane and Ifty were sooo kind and attended to everyone so kindly!

Moving into my new flat has been an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. Elaine Ko and Julia Whyte have been very helpful, both highly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The entire process was effortless and stress free, thanks to their support. Everything has been well-organized, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. A fantastic place to call home!

It’s been months since we moved in but we had exceptional help from Julia, and wanted to be sure I noted that - Julia was great and so was Kyle who handled everything before handing us over to Julia.

The rental and move-in went smoothly. Julia in particular was always approachable and helpful. The apartment makes a very good impression, the entire complex is well maintained.

Elaine helped me with finding the perfect apartment for me, she was really helpful and answered all the questions I had about the property, as well as, sent photos and showed exactly what I should expect. Julia was the other person who managed the paperwork and the move in procedure, she explained what and how I should do once I am there as well as redirected me to the residents team for all the questions I had about deliveries. Overall, my experience was great and everyone was very friendly and helped a lot

My review is specifically to do with advertised prices for flats. We’re aware of Quintain living having discounts like getting the first month of rent free, but this is calculated into an average price of the flat and advertised. This means, a flat that goes for 3300 pounds with the first one/two months is advertised as a flat going for 2900 pounds. This feels like false advertising and it would be better if the original price of the listing is kept and the discount is written separately.

We’ve reached out to different agencies that advertise Quintain living flats that have had to explain how they calculate this price, and it feels very misleading.

Quintain is ideal for those moving to London and unsure of which area to settle in. We completed the entire process online without needing to pay a deposit. Wembley Park offers all the necessary amenities and excellent transport links. The apartments and communal areas are modern and comfortable, with plenty of facilities for exploring new hobbies.

In my humble opinion, the Robinson’s team has an excellent work dedication. Unlike the other complexes within Quintain, the residence team in the Robinson makes you feel safe taking their work to the next level to ensure no transpassers, no incidences and ensuring safe passages in terms of avoiding the big crawds during wembley events. Ifty, the Assistant Manager in particular is a very hard working individual, who gives positive vibes that fits perfectly with the envirounment of the building. Furthermore, in case of an emergency he is the first person to contact as he helped me and other residence in terms of health regarding problems and any other administrative issues that might appear.

We had an excellent experience with Emilia! Thanks to their professionalism and responsiveness, we found the perfect apartment. Their quick answers to all our questions and high-quality service made the process much simpler and more enjoyable.

Quintain Living will charge whatever they like for utilities. It will have zero connection to your actual usage show by having broken heating / heating never on. It's a massive scam.

They get away with this, by hiding your energy usage behind a broken app, and an accounts department who will not respond to any emails for weeks. When challenged they will drag it out for as long as possible in the hopes that you will give up.

I’ve also had issues with rent charges - I had missed a direct debit payment and asked for a payment link 3 minutes after being notified of the missed payment. I then sent weekly - daily emails requesting the link. Was ignored for a month so that I was now behind and was unfairly charged that month + the new month + late fee. I challenged but was ultimately backed into a corner and forced to pay.

Quintain Living is charging us full fees, and even the payment link they provided contains completely erroneous figures. Such incompetence leads me to question the fairness of other charges imposed on us. Following an email exchange, they updated the new rent amount, but this also proved to be problematic. The issue of water and electricity bills looms large. The billing appears to be arbitrary. During several months when I was completely away from home, they continued to bill me as if I had been using the apartment regularly throughout the entire month. They often attempt to shift the blame for these overcharges by citing "quarterly reconciliations" of our usage, yet these excess charges have no correlation with reconciliation efforts. I have requested detailed breakdowns of my daily usage to verify that during my travels, with all devices in my apartment turned off (except for the refrigerator), such excessive consumption is unjustified. Furthermore, we've requested itemized bills for water and electricity, but the apartment management has failed to respond to our inquiries. They have falsely claimed via email that they were unable to reach us by either email or phone. This behavior is outrageous. We simply want to understand the breakdown of our monthly utility bills. I fail to comprehend why this seemingly straightforward request poses such a challenge for this company. Additionally, they have resorted to sending threatening emails, which only adds to our distress.

On the whole, Quintain Living is a great place to live, with modern amenities and a great local area. Most of the Residents Team genuinely seem to care and, in particular, Emilia is a real credit to Quintain. She was friendly, an absolute professional and managed to resolve my issues quickly.
