Delayed shipping
The batting arrived in good condition and was exactly what I ordered; however, the length of time from when I ordered the batting (April 2nd) to the date it shipped (April 15th) seem a bit long.

Terribly high priced
Terribly high priced. It was shipped from Marshall’s Dry Goods. Had I ordered from there it would have been about $150 with postage. I really thought this was MDG….it came up under their search bar.

I really love the Quilters Dream batting with bamboo, silk and cotton. It’s my “go to” batting for all of my quilts and I make sure that I have enough on hand and re-order before running out. The Quilt Batting Store is quick to ship, reliable and reasonably priced. So happy to have found you!

Check Your Receipt For Expected Delivery
My online order status said "Awaiting shipment" for over a week, so I submitted an inquiry, which got no response. The response to my second inquiry directed me to my receipt - separate from the acknowledgement of my order - which had (in fine print) an expected shipping date that I had not noticed. Now that I understand their system, I would not hesitate to order again but it can be confusing to a new customer - and anxiety inducing when it's a substantial order (full roll of batting).

I bought this stuff for my wife.
I bought a thirty yard roll of this stuff for my wife -- a prolific quilter -- after reminding her that buying in bulk would save enough money to justify using the space needed to store it, while also saving on the gas and time consumed for periodic runs to the fabric store.
Our batting was shipped promptly, arrived in good condition and was well packaged.
