I ordered batting a month ago. It hasn’t arrived and I only got a notification saying it’s delayed.

I am editing my review, because I received a call today and my first two emails had not been received, and the moment my most recent email was received, he called. He explained the backlog on the batting I had ordered, and apologized that I had not been informed about the severe delays at the factory. Obviously that information would have been very helpful if I had ever received it. The batting was not going to arrive at the time I needed it, so he refunded my money. I will give them a try again, because reviews are so high, and I appreciated the good customer service, once he received my final email. Obviously I understand that things happen, and what happened at the factory was beyond his control, so I would not have been upset about that if I have been informed. It seems they could do a better job of letting clients know these things. Very personal customer service, at the end.

I hadn’t dreamed I would have to wait so long before the batting would even be shipped, so I emailed *twice* about it and never received any kind of response at all. I guess I’m just going to have to buy from Amazon, which I try never to do, but I am going out of the country, as I said in both my messages, and don’t want to have to buy it twice but it seems I’m going to have to do that. This has been my first and last experience buying from them, and I really regret that. I much prefer to shop with small businesses and not Amazon, but I also need to know I will receive my purchase.

Excited to get into my new roll of cotton batting!

The products I want are readily available, and the one time they weren’t I received a phone call with an offer of a solution. I buy all of my quilt batting here.

It was easy to find exactly what I needed. The product arrived quickly.

Service is always quick and reliable. Quality of the batting has varied. Sometimes we get wonderful fluffy Dream Puff, this time it's not so fluffy.

The batting I needed arrived right on time! No problems with ordering or shipping.

I placed an order for over $500 on 8/10/25 and as of 9/12/25 I have not received my order. I have emailed twice with no reply. Very disappointed with this service.

The person answering the phone on my initial call was very unprofessional..... apparently he thought it was someone else and he answered with a very unprofessional voice with "hip" type talk. He apologized saying he thought it was someone else. This caused me great concern that this organization as really a 'professional' service.

I did not get what I ordered-I ordered a 96” wide (a folded 48”) but got only 48”wide. It is not a folded roll.

I have not gotten anything, yet!

Product arrived very quickly. Appreciate free shipping. I really like this batting . Soft, easy to quilt, washes well.. A little bit thinner than some cotton batting so it is great for here in Florida.
I appreciate that this batting is made from recycled plastic bottles - so important for the ecology.

No problems with ordering, and the next day I received an e mail saying my order was awaiting shipment. I haven't heard anything since and I have not received my order. Is the batting back ordered? A notification would be nice.

I placed an order with Quilt batting store but the shipping was delayed. When I requested a refund, no problem, received it immediately. Top notch service!

I ordered Aug 4th with an expected ship date of Aug 22. It is August 27 and the website says it is still awaiting shipment. I was initially shocked by the delay before shipping and had to order elsewhere for a sooner arrival. Now realizing that my items still have not shipped I am even more disappointed.

Great product but took much longer than expected. It was ordered 8/8 and I’m just now receiving it on the 22nd. The listing says it usually ships in 2 to 3 business days. This apparently came directly from the factory so it was not in stock. I am on a time schedule, so the fact it took two weeks to arrive made me late on an order. I usually don’t work on weekends, but I will be this one!

I was able to find the same batting that I use at a lower price and it was shipped and received in a short amount of time.
