I’m still waiting for my order.

I placed an order for Quilters Dream batting, for a total of about $447.00. I appreciated being notified that the order would not be filled for several weeks, due to problems on QD’s end, as well as offered the opportunity to switch products, which I declined. However, I was rather upset that my credit card was charged for the full amount at the time of purchase, instead of when the product was actually shipped.

Awesome batting for all my quilting needs.

First time ordering through this company. They never got back to any of my emails regarding where my package was. I did call them for the second attempt and did get an answer. David told me quilters dream company had a temp shut down and it was being sent from them directly. I just wish this was communicated before purchasing because I purchased through his website because I thought it would get here in a timely manner. It’s be 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive my order. Will not be placing further orders through this company.

Batting was what I wanted at a reasonable price. There was a large bad weather event that slowed shipping but that was unavoidable. Would shop at the quilt batting store again.

I live in Alaska and the customer service helped me figure out the best and cheapest way to mail it to Alaska, they actually called me so I could talk to some one and got it fixed over the phone then sent me an confirmation receipt email afterword.

No quilt batting has been shipped and no communication. No one answered my email.It has been 3 weeks.

Your web site is easy to maneuver, and the batting arrived surprisingly quickly. Also, I was kept well informed about the shipping and arrival dates.

Dream batting is the only batting I use in my quilts.

On Jan 14, I ordered batting for a current project. The website said, in stock ships in 2-3 days. After the purchase, the receipt showed a possible ship date of Jan 30 - more than two weeks later. I still have not received any confirmation of this shipment (“awaiting shipment”) and have purchased batting from a different company. Cannot review batting I have not received.

According to the UPS tracking a label for the package wasn’t even created until 2 weeks after I ordered. IF my order is delivered tomorrow as tracking indicates, it will have taken 20 days from order to delivery, which is pretty poor service in the present times.

Oh, my goodness, I'm in love!! Quilter's Dream Puff is my new favorite batting. It arrived so much faster than I expected (great service, Quilt Batting Store!) and is extremely lightweight. When I opened the plastic wrapper on the bolt, it sort of exploded (over about an hour); expanding in diameter to become even more soft, puffy, and dreamy. It's reasonably priced, too, so I am going to order another bolt. Perfect for quilts with a minky back - no more flat, boring quilts, yay!

I ordered this batting in December, received an email stating it will be shipped by manufacturer on the 12 January, It is now 19 Jan and I have seen no update of any shipment.

Good communiction, rapid delivery (just a couple of days) product as described.

The service was exceptional. The product I had ordered was not in stock, but they were able to suggest a different possibility. Which arrived in lick split time.

I am an experienced quilter/seamstress, and have purchased batting and polyfill from The Quilt batting Store twice now. Both times, their descriptions of the products were very helpful in making decisions, the prices were good, and the shipping prompt and accurate. Their selection of batting types is varied, and they have several price-points available, though it seems nothing of shoddy quality. For this order, one item was not in stock, but I was informed, and given the opportunity to order and wait, with an approximate wait time given, if I would prefer that to dropping the item from my order. This was very helpful, as some things i needed right away, and some items I could arrange my schedule so I could wait for them. I will continue to recommend this resource. Our local quilting store does not carry an extensive variety of battings, and I love being able to get exactly what I want at The Quilt Batting Store, and know it will arrive quickly.

The site said the batting ships within 3 - 5 days. After I paid, they told me it was on back order. It was supposed to ship yesterday, still no tracking information. I feel like they knew it was on back order and should have updated the website to reflect that before I made the purchase.

Arrived in good time. As described. Happy to find black batting and especially at a reasonable price.
