Love their quick and easy doxy app they use for your video/audio calls
I love using quick med cards they are super fast and easy to navigate. They use a app called doxy to use for video or voice calls for your appointment. I got plenty of reminder emails before my call as well. Ive been using them for a few years now and highlt recommend!

I was approved the same day and registered in my state the very next day! There is a process due to laws so I personally just stayed on top of the emails and followed the process definitely will be using this comp in future for recertification

I originally believed that having a Medical Marijuana Card (MMC) would provide meaningful benefits. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I paid more than $150 for my recertification over a week before my expiration date, and my payment was successfully processed before my scheduled recertification appointment. Despite paying in advance, I was informed a week later that my card had not been recertified.
Not only was this frustrating, but it was also embarrassing to find out after I had already fulfilled my financial obligation. It is difficult to understand how I could pay for a service in advance, have my payment accepted, and still not receive the recertification I paid for.

We'd like to clarify how the Maryland renewal process works and how it relates to our billing and refund policy.
Under Maryland state regulations, as previously mentioned, a healthcare provider cannot issue a new medical cannabis certification while a current certification is still active. Your previous certification remained valid through July 6, 2026, which means the earliest your provider is legally able to submit your new certification is July 7, 2026, after your previous certification had expired. This timing is determined by the state and cannot be overridden by the provider.
Upon checking your account, our providers had submitted the new certification as soon as the state allowed it, and it is now showing as certified. We sincerely regret that this process did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Your comments regarding the timing of payment and patient expectations are valuable, and we will make sure they are shared with the appropriate team for review.

Same day appointment, got my recommendation by 1pm . I received an email from the state ,stating they had received my application and this is right before I ended my video call with the provider. The office staff is wonderful
The office staff is wonderful. The Dr really cares about his patients. He is up to date on all the changes happening last year. Knowledgeable and considerate. The hours are very convenient. I have been with them for over a year now and I'm happy to be renewing with again. It's a very seamless process. I cannot recommend them enough.
