The customer service we great although frustrating because of the time difference. Didn’t get the base I paid for because issues but they made up for it for sure.

I purchased an account for £60 and lost it after a week due to it being locked, I tried to contacting the support agents but they were no help at all, I didn't get a refund nor a replacement.

I'm very satisfied, everything went quickly and safely and I got everything I wanted.

I bought an account for €54.89, RTH12 Lvl 184 invoice number:#23415 I ordered it on the evening of November 8th, 2022, and the data arrived quite quickly. but then the problems started, password and email worked then i was asked to verify i'm not a robot which didn't work. I wrote to the support who said I should wait a few hours the next morning the password didn't even work anymore.

I bought an account 26 hours ago, they replied that the waiting time to receive the account is from 1 hour up to 24 hours. I wrote both on the site to speak directly with an operator but I have not received a reply.
I have also written twice on the number of whatapps they provide but I have not received a reply, so I wrote an email on the website but it is NOT EXISTING.
I doubt I'll ever get my purchased account.
If they ever decide to answer me and fix this problem, I'll change my review.
Until now, I don't recommend this seller.
Among other things, they say everywhere that they deliver immediately but unfortunately this is absolutely not the case.
