Avoid Quick Count Tech at all costs. The software doesn't integrate properly with the tools they claim it supports. It's clunky, outdated, and constantly freezes up when you try to pull end-of-month reports. When I asked to cancel because it wasn't working as advertised, they flat-out refused. Absolutely a zero-star product.
Using Quick Count Tech has been an incredibly frustrating experience for my business. The software is glitchy, slow, and actually caused major errors in our data instead of making things easier. When I reached out to their customer support to fix the issues, they were dismissive and took forever to respond. It completely disrupted our daily operations and was a massive waste of money. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I definitely would. Avoid this service!
