All I can say is that I have never seen such an amazing support team. They actually CARE and will go beyond what is asked of them to help the user in everything they can. Evgeny has been of tremendous help, always. And the platform is amazing. It does not lack any functionality that a trader might need. I could not be happier.

I have to review my negative opinion regarding Quantower after starting a collaboration with them to understand what happened and what their real responsibilities were.
I must say that I found a lot of availability on their part and in the end we discovered that the causes were attributable only to the CQG servers
Therefore I give back the 5 stars also because they are among the few, perhaps the only ones who care about customer satisfaction.
I also underline that the technical department is always looking for improvements

Connection issues with CQG via AMP
too many interruptions and restarts of the platform when you are in the live account
I had good memories of this platform, but things aren't going right. Their local orders don't work. It multiplies the number of contracts. It's something I've reported several times but no one has taken action

What's up guys? why did you stop in developing the necessary things and no longer listen to the reports of expert users?

28/2/24 Terrible Experience. I am in New Zealand.
Every 2 days :
- Volume profile doesn't work
- If I compare the daily candles to those of tradingview, 2 days out of five they are not the same color
- I asked for support on telegram and I didn't receive help

7/3/24 It seems the only way to answer to you is to edit the previous review so I write here the update. I received support from Quantower and they fixed my issue. The answer has been: "You have too many charts open with a lot of data and all of them have volume profile"
My friends in Italy are using Quantower with the same workspace as me with the same or more amount of charts and they don't have those issues. So I am happy that now it's working, but I don't understand yet, why this is happening only to me.
It's because I am in New Zealand? I say this because the first time I downloaded the platform the Quantower website redirected me to another site saying "It seems you're in India so please download here"
I appreciated the help I received to solve the issue.

Quantower is the best trading software I've used. Blows NT8 (Ninja Trader) out of the water.

Charting is quite good (maybe not quite as good as TradingView, but it's genuinely close enough to use instead of TV), and it has many features I've not found anywhere else (like being able to copy trade multiple brokers/prop firms at the same time, and being able to place orders on the chart with a single mouse click).

Also, support is always open to listening to suggestions and adding customer suggestions to the roadmap. That's a huge plus. And they offer the ability to purchase the software, or even certain features within the software, as a lifetime purchase, so you don't have to pay a subscription if you don't want to.

I highly recommend giving Quantower a try. After you get used to it (as with any software), it's a powerhouse.

i love QT but can be overwhelming, especially being new to the platform. Customer service is amazing! Incredibly thorough and helpful!

I have been using Quantower for a few weeks now and I've only scratched the surface of what it can do.

Being able to open and close and set take profits and stop loss using the keyboard or mouse is a great feature and has really helped my trading.

Getting started can be a little daunting since the application can do so much but don't give up and contact their support team who will help you get setup, their support is exceptional

I have used Quantower for a year and a half and never have had an issue. But when I did tech support was fabulous. They worked hard on getting the issue resolved and even stayed on after to walk me through some real cool features I did not know about. It si nice to have a platform you can rely upon.

This software is the complete package for order flow. I don't use many indicators anymore but seems to have quite a few. They do however have great 'footprint' charts they have to call them cluster charts due to patents (everyone has to call them by a different name), I love their Dom, also I would after using other platforms, call this an advanced trading dom which has everything volume, cumulative delta, tades etc, the most useful for me is it has fast resetting cumulative trades at bid and trades at ask in each column which some other companies refer to as the advanced dom. Charts are very customizable, have excellent volume profile and also TPO charts. The best part for me trading futures is is this awesome all in one platform is free if you are an AMP global customer! I was using motivewave at the time of joining AMP, and had no idea about the platform. Downloaded it just to see and discovered they had literally everything in the world of advance order flow trading that motivewave had! I love it absolutely love it. Now even if I didn't get it free I have fallen in love with it so much I would GLADLY pay their $70mo for the entire package.

I bought Quantower around 2 years ago (to check it out and reverse purchase if I dont like it, they allow this upt to 1 week after sold).

well after 3 days testing I found Quantower to be laggy, clunky and visually not pleasing enough (e.g. Orderflow with lots of decimal places to look cluttered,..never changed,..and there is a lot like that) , so i decided to refund/return the product, They refused to my surprise.

Sneaky they told that I rented that product in 1 instance before, so the 1 week testing after purchase to me doesnt apply. Well thats true that I rented it prior to purchase, but i didnt test some functions and i see no connection in the logic.

If a customer is unhappy you should refund, instead you forced me to keep your faulty product. thats just ashaming

so here your review, you well deserved it

PS:
2 years after my unvoluntary purchase, I find Quantower still be as lagging and clunky and cluttery as before if not even more (but at least orderflow is possible to get rid of all the decimals now) ,,,, barely/almost never using it,...probably never will

PPS: to the laggy part: it can and often will take many minutes to load 1 volume/footprint chart ,..thats close to unuseable...

to sum it up:

1 star because of sneaky reasoning to force me to keep it even so I was within 10 days to reverse purchase -> very unhappy customer here !

Update: just gave it a new chance, now will de-install it again,...still deeply regret this purchase - and now will use ATAS instead which is in contrary to Quantower a billion times more reliable/readable and lighning FAST

(no wonder that they have sneaky limitations in their 1 week refund policy, hard to believe someone would buy and keep it voluntary)

This software is so ass. I would suggest trader view or ninja trader ! Only using this software for a propfirm . You can’t even adjust the most basic settings for the Fibonacci tool. The data latency is terrible!

This is a worthless platform with hard to read information and not user friendly!!! I would not recommend this to anyone!!

excellent trading software , fairly easy to navigate and any functions i was unsure about the quantower live support was on hand to help me . great platform

Order entry and management is very sadly designed. One of the most important tools in trading is the use of stop loss and take profit orders. First if you enter a take profit and stop loss order on a position and one of them gets hit the other stays open. This is common sense level dysfunctional. When a take profit or stop loss is entered on a trade the obvious purpose is to manage the trade so when one triggers the other should be linked to the trade and any orders linked to the trade when it closes. Lost massive amounts from using stop loss and take profit orders where stop loss gets hit closing the position price rises to take profit level and being the take profit order is still there executes. Even chinsey crypto exchanges have this figured out and truly expected more from a mainline platform. Fix it. Also need to add the ability to enter dollar values for stop loss and take profit orders instead of just ticks. Most importantly is failure to link orders to a trade. This just needs to be fixed as it is impossible to effectively manage a position without constantly watching because when a TP or SL gets hit you need to be readily available to cancel the other. Common sense. What you are placing is not take profit or stop loss orders on the trade you are just placing regular orders. Why call it a a stop loss when it is just an order on the book.
