Awful, kick you out of surveys after completing them whole, keep your data for it and then no reward! Avoid like the plague! Only data people ive had bad experiences with.

Alright and mostly gives you money. Sometimes the surveys are always super long anyways. Tried answering the survey and got redirected and didn’t get paid anything. Just a message that It closed the survey. I found this survey through the Survey Spin app and it might be different to most people.

The Worst Customer Service & Account Management
I have tried for 5 weeks to speak to either of my two account managers. There is no general or specific phone number to call and speak to them. They do not respond to emails. Every communication attempt is with bots and AI with no resolution to problems. The canned response I received had a non-working number as a contact! I have emailed their executives, posted on Twitter, & tried social media but it's impossible to get them to reply. Seeking alternative survey vendors next.

Screenout nach ca. 40 Minuten Bearbeitungszeit der vom Startpanel mit ca. 15 Minuten angekündigten Umfrage! Dreistes, unvergütetes Abgreifen wertvoller Lebenszeit! Mutmaßlich werden meine Auskünfte dennoch verwendet.
Zumutung, dass man auf mehreren Seiten mit ewig langen Fragelisten umständlich die Schiebeleiste betätigen muss, um all Antwortmöglichkeiten für das Rating sehen zu können!
Horrible at every step of the process
I was introduced to Qualtrics by my company as the “Cadillac of survey software.” Couldn’t be further from the truth. Every semester I have to manually go and duplicate every class and change the semester name in three different places. For every single results report (each manually generated) I have to refresh 4-5 times before all the results show. Downloading it as a PDF doesn’t even name it one of the many places I had to enter in the title of the survey, just some gobbledegook. The hot keys they give for formatting surveys don’t work, and if you hover over the wrong things in their tooltips you are taken to a different part of the survey. They claim to help with accessibility and simply say that matrices are inaccessible, giving no advice on what to do instead.

This site operates a lot of surveys through swagbucks and its one bug scam, you complete the survey and dont get paid. What i advise people to do the companies that pay to use these scam artists, contact them and state there bringing there good name into disrepute, there should be laws in any countries that should shut these scam sites like QUALTRICS down
Deserved to label as SCAMMERS.
After the hard work Qualtrics survey I am completed on 31/03/2023 from mGamer app in Bitlabs survey partner and i received my rewards but after the few 12 hour rewards has been reverse deduction.
Survey topic is python in Excel add-on.
Qualtrics only Completed survey rewards doesn't pay and making scam with all are survey partner & support system also failure.
Seriously the most bug ridden platform…
Seriously the most bug ridden platform we have EVER used. Their Customer Support team is super lazy, esp the US timezone people. They just push you to watch endless streams of videos which are not at all linked to solving the problem. Greg Christiansen who manages their Asia Pacific team refuses to acknowledge the poor performance of his team and god knows however is managing the US call centre should be fired on the spot by any senior manager who consider themselves serious about running a functional company. Literally the worst customer service experience and worst tech platform -- and WAY overpriced for what it claims it can do.
Repeated Unhelpful Customer Service Experiences
I contacted the support team for basic assistance and they were entirely unhelpful or apologetic. The agent disconnected me without resolving or notice. Sadly, this is not the first time I've received lackluster response from them and their default seems to be to leave users to figure things out on their own with absolutely no assistance.
Qualtrics Would Disqualify Respondents At The End of Surveys
This company is willing to seek information and data from people while at the same time not willing to compensate them. Their surveys are definitely bad by the way of how they treat the respondents and I advise anyone to avoid them at any means necessary.

Please don't participate in this S....o....b..ches surveys they are absolutely fake. when you participate in a 1-hour survey on this fake web survey site after 1 hour they simply show a message " YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED" so please don't participate in this animal's survey.
The gift card is a lie
Offers gift cards for completion then collects data from 20 minutes worth of you answering questions before deciding you are ‘not eligible to participate’ therefore no gift card reward. I would expect a verification process like this to take around 3 minutes not 20. Clearly there was never a reward on the table.

I just had a "computer says no" kind of experience just before the planned data collection. I moved between institutions and have a retainer (budget) for data collection and despite the previous confirmation, I have just been informed that their new contact person cannot see this funding in their system. What a nightmare.

The content they offer is cluttered. They invent new marketing terms, which does not help. Up sells are always offered. In general is not a honest and straight forward company.

They appear to be a company selling reasearch tools - perhaps if their marketing were honest, better targeted or at least engaging they may be worth engaging with.
