I received the wrong product which is GBP10 cheaper than what I paid. The bottle was broken for another product.

I got a peel neutralizer by mesobase and the packaging is full of scratches and even worse there is a printed fingerprint on the bottle.

I reported to QBS immediately and they arranged another parcel to me for the broken and expired products.

Ich kann diesen Store überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Ständig rennt man seinen Bestellungen hinterher weil Sie einfach die Ware nicht los schicken und 11 Euro Versandkosten für ein kleinen Plastikfläschchen mit 5g Inhalt ist einfach nur Wucher !!!!!!

I baught a waterproof mascara from this company, but it was a little thick, dryish and on the clumpy side, but they were extremely quick to reply, they were very nice, understanding and apologised and didn't hesitate to replace me with another one straight away...

I was delighted with the second one, and how quickly it arrived with no problem at all...
I will continue to buy from this company as they have been more then fare with me, and good value for money too.

Tive problemas com a entrega, por parte do CTT, entregaram minha encomenda a algo chamado “Pó Rime” coisa que não faz sentindo na língua portuguesa.
Entrei em contato com a loja e desde da compra até esse eventual problema, foram sempre muito atenciosos. Conseguimos contornar o problema.
Super indico a loja, vou voltar a comprar com toda certeza.

Wrong lashes sent originally, however everything was rectified and customer service was excellent, in the end. Would definitely use QBS again.

The price is very good, and the website is great, organized. I had a shipping problem, but they’ve answered quite fast and with attention. So the problem was solved and they took all responsibility. They were efficient, I like that. I was afraid of being ignored but they give me 100% support!
