We are facing continuous communication issues, including delayed responses and delivery delays.
We placed an order for Grease in November 2025, and until now the material has still not been delivered. We are struggling with this issue and have concerns about placing new orders, especially since we already transferred the advance payment but have neither received the material nor proper responses to most of our delivery follow-up emails.

My company was recently shut off from the Place we purchase Bearings. I recently changed careers from selling Bearings myself in the US so I started looking for new places.
