Guys were very easy to work with, and willing to go that extra mile. Highly recommend and will use again.

EDIT: While I maintain that the movers were hardworking and helpful, they did break my 70” TV, even after I paid the extra $100 for them to put it in a “TV Box”—which was really just a flat piece of cardboard on top of the screen, wrapped with a moving blanket and movers tape. It was not an actual box. It now has two large cracks in it and is non functional. $0.60 on the dollar per pound insurance is likely standard for the industry, but insufficient in this case because I literally paid $100 extra for them to put it in a box for safe traveling. I am in the middle of the claims process now, and sincerely hope that they will properly remedy this situation.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Stephan and his team were extremely helpful, efficient, and personable. I didn’t have to do much of anything other than tell them where to put things! I am moving into a third floor walkup and they handled it like pros—didn’t hear a single grumble the entire time about the stairs (though I wouldn’t blame them if they did, the stairs are gnarly). Thank you so much for making this part of my move easy.

Unlike all of these fake reviews, I actually used the service and the prep time they had before my move was from Feb 14th to March 17th. The dis not send an updated quote after my move date changed from march 2nd to march 18th. They did not notify me about a second insurance option until 11:07 PM the night before the move so the office for that second insurance was closed. They did not disclose any credit card fees when paying the bill until the day before, which is too late to cancel without being charged $150. They say they’re transparent and there’s no hidden fees, but they are not very transparent. Their website states that their professionals and they’ll be ready the day of the move to make sure everything is efficient and smooth and your belongings are taken care of, but that is not true. They do not care and my belongings were thrown around and not wrapped in any blankets. Blankets, padding and two wardrobe racks were supposed to be free and all they had is torn up blankets that they didn’t even use until I went in the truck and started wrapping things myself. They put all of the small fragile boxes on the bottom and all of the heavy items on top. They put boxes on top of my TVs. They ruined my leather couch. They did not know how to handle furniture or get it in and out of the building. I contacted Customer Service, April and Gabrielle specifically. This happened during the move and they said that they would contact the crew and make this right. They did not. The crew also had no idea about the amount of items I had and the parking location and how I wanted things done which I had gone through with April over the phone. I realized that I cannot have conversations over the phone. Everything must be through text message or through email so that there is a paper trail. I will still allow them to tell me things over the phone because I thought that eventually I would get a contract showing exactly what is included how things will flow if there is an end time all of those details. I did not get that until after everything was “done”. Everything was never done. We still need to go back and get more stuff because they did not give me enough MOVERS and did not pick the right size truck for the items that I had. This means they did not do their job in preparation for the move. They also gave me two movers who were unable to carry heavy items like furniture in boxes. You are a mover. Shit is heavy. You have to be able to move heavy shit and know how to get items in and out of doorways. You also need to know how to pack a truck which they clearly did not know how to do. The website says that these are professionals who know what they’re doing. That is a lie. The people who answer the phone I have no idea what they’re doing and had no idea about a bill of landing or any of that crap and the movers have no idea how to move and don’t really give a shit. They even hit the truck into a gate when pulling up to the apartment they had to unload all of my items in. They hit the truck with all of my shit in the truck. Yet these are supposed to be licensed commercial drivers. Where is the license? Ask them for that proof. It’s just crazy what companies can get away with. It’s crazy how little you can do to fight back. Plus the website says that they will not charge you outside of the quote that they give you and I was charged more than the quote. This charge was almost $200 more. Don’t put on your website that you will stick to what the quote says if you are not going to do that. They also did not say that there were so many exclusions to what the f@&k can be insured. Pretty much everything besides clothing cannot be insured and is an exclusion from the insurance. But also $.60 per pound per an item is ridiculous. That means my 50 pound couch that cost hundreds of dollars is going to be worth $30. What a f@&king scam the whole f@&king thing but they will tell you information the day before or day of that you did not know because they don’t share a lot of information with you and they don’t put a lot of information in the quote.

Tomas and his crew were great! They were early and did a good job. I definitely will use this company again. No hidden fees.

The movers were very fast, careful, and kind. It took less than 3 hours, and they disassembled and reassembled the bed for us. I would hire them again and recommend them to others!
