Interesting but dense - better in person
Very interesting course. Content rather dense so it is good to split it on 6 days (rather than 5) with 2 days a week. The teacher was very open to our suggestions and made his best efforts to include exercices. I definitely recommend to have it in person and not online as it is hard to stay focused from 9-17.

Great experience
Followed a training via QRP, the instructor was great and really involved.
Also a great platform with good exercises and preparation for the exam.

Lack of structure
The content of the course wasn't that well structured. It didn't allow me to pass the exam right after and needed to invest a lot of time reviewing the content.

No Real added-value of the trainer + Book not provided
No Real added-value of the trainer, limited to the reading of slides. Too few concrete examples to help us to to get comfortable with the content. Moreover, how is it possible that for a training which costs almost 2.000€ you do not get the book to refer to.

Hi Christian, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the trainer did not live up to your expectations. We will get back to him and try and see if we can stimulate him to share more detailed examples. Regarding the book, we try to seek to deliver only digital materials (also out of sustainability reasons) and you should have received that version.

The training was good although there…
The training was good although there was one area where the knowledge of the trainer was lacking and he gave outdated information about COBIT5 instead of COBIT 2019. Further we received the voucher codes for the online exam late (after the training), and the code didn't work initially.

Hi LJ, thanks for your honest review. Regarding the vouchers, we are really sorry. That should not have happened.
We spoke with our trainer regarding your comment. He explained that during the training there was a question regarding a topic that is not yet released in COBIT2019 and he answered the question with an example of COBIT5. It is common practice to refer to earlier COBIT5 publications (like the enabler guides) as COBIT2019 is not completely ready yet. The information is constantly updated and so are our trainers.

Je suis suivi la formation DevOps et la connaissance du formateur et son approche étaient d'une bonne qualité.

Satisfying
The trainer work was fine but I think there is not enough structure and clarity in the training materials and Exam expectations for 2023 (big difference between 6th and 7th editions although the info in both is needed as far as I understand). The after-class summary provided by the trainer was helpful in this direction.
