Very complete training. The instructor was great and provided a lot of interesting insights in addition to the material. The platform was really helpful to train for the exam and the content was easy to understand yet complete.

Interactive training helping to understand the different concepts and how to apply them on your job. The business case was very useful and gave a clear perspective on how each concept is linked to the other.

J'ai suivi une formation en ligne à ITIL Foundation avec QRP.

Est-ce que l'objectif fut atteint ? Oui.

Est-ce que le service proposé pour atteindre cet objectif, et coûtant la bagatelle de 700€ vaut son prix ? Non.

Au travers de cette formation, QRP nous proposes de passer en revue un ensemble de diapositives, suivi d'exercices à chaque fin de module.

Premier problème : les exercices prennent parfois de l'avance sur le contenu des cours.

Deuxième problème : des bugs dans l'énoncé des exercices, comme devoir remplir un texte à trou avec un texte qui ne s'affiche pas correctement et il faut donc deviner ce qui est attendu comme mot plutôt que de pouvoir vérifier ce qui a été retenu.

Troisième problème : certains termes ne seront jamais explicités. Comment, par exemple, pouvoir dire que "briser les silos" appartient à "Organisations et personnes" quand nulle part il n'est défini ce qu'est un "silo" (que ce soit dans les diapos comme dans le glossaire) ?

Arrivé en fin de formation, une préparation à l'examen est proposée. Il est possible de répéter celle-ci via le "Memotrainer", un outil supposé vous fournir des exercices personnalisés selon sa configuration et les difficultés rencontrés. Passé en mode de préparation à l'examen, ce module fournira sans cesse les plus de 100 mêmes questions, chaque jour, sans la moindre variation aux énoncés. Bien sûr, l'examen aura, lui, des questions différentes. Donc en préparant son examen ainsi, on se prépare à répondre à certaines questions, pas à vérifier si le contenu des modules a été correctement intégré.

Enfin, il existe un système de messagerie pour contacter le formateur ou le centre de services. N'espérez pas avoir la moindre réponse via celui-ci.

N'ayant aucune formation dans les outils qualités, j'ai eu un peu du mal à accrocher au déroulé de la formation.
Il m'a manqué une introduction, une vue générale sur la structure de la formation qui m'aurait permis de mieux comprendre là ou l'on voulait arrivé.

Great experience for PMP exam preparation training

The trainer was excellent and communication always goes smooth and easy. I've had a contact-person ever since I followed my first training here 4-5 years ago and he still assists me with everything to this day.

Our training itself had some technical hiccups, but I'd rather focus on the speed and ease of resolution and the quality of the training and trainer as those had the biggest impact.

If it wasn't for the technical difficulties we had at the start of our training I would've given a 5 stars.

Even if I passed the exam to get my certification on Prince2@ Foundation which it was my primary interest in the course, I think that considering the cost, it would have been better to spread the lessons' time at least along 5 half-days if not more and not only the 4 half-days planned.
It would have been much more useful for me to dig a bit more deeper on certain aspects that I am interested to better understand and to anchor some of the knowledge transmitted.
On the other hand, I just can refer to this training, the trainer has done his best and it is clear his knowledge on the domain and we received all the information needed to succeed with the exam. Nonetheless, I would say that the facilitation could have been better prepared to give a more clear image of the objective and roadmap of the PM methodology that at certain point we were a bit lost and mixing concepts.
Just to be sure, for whoever read this report, it will be a must to study after the course and go a bit further to ensure a good final result.
Having said this, I am more than happy with the overall training.

Excellent training, great trainer, very interesting and certainly recommendable. Good content and good overall experience.

Overall great experience, also in a remote environment

Superbe expérience d'apprentissage.
La plateforme est très bien pensée et le contenu à la hauteur.
J'ai suivi 2 formations à quelques mois d'interval. Et je suis disposé à continuer avec QRP. Encore merci.

Des formations de haute qualité donnée par des professionnels accrédités, avec expérience dans le domaine qu'ils enseignent et qui essaient de partager leur connaissance avec les apprenants.

QRP a une attitude proprement anticommerciale et inhumaine.
J'étais inscrit pour une formation Prince 2 foundation en mon nom propre et j'ai dû annuler 3 jours à l'avance ma présence suite au décès de mon père qui vivait aux Etats-Unis. Et il ne veulent pas me rembourser la formation parce que ce n'est pas dix jours à l'avance comme stipulé dans les conditions commerciales. Ils me proposent de suivre la formation dans les six mois. Mais j'ai un nouvel employeur qui me paie la formation.
Leur attitude est très négative. Je déconseille

J'y ai suivi une formation en ligne en vue d'une certification.
La plateforme était professionnelle, le support de cours également, et l'oganisation de l'examen certifiant s'est également bien déroulée.
Ce qui me fait mettre 3 étoiles, c'est le formateur qui ne suivait pas les slides officielles. Il s'est perdu à vouloir adapter le niveau de formation à tous et à répondre à toutes les questions (nous étions un groupe très disparate).
Ainsi on a accumulé du retard et nous n'avons pas vu toute la matière qu'on était suposé voir pour la certification.

Ik vond het model nogal theoretisch. De omslag naar de praktijk zal nog zoeken worden.
