they are very bad . They do not give refunds for an annual service.. i thought it would me monthly. even if you don't need it and to cancel the automatic billing you have to give up to the whole thing, that means you won't be able to use it .. after paying 162 euros a year!!!
the service is only AI. I am very disapointed.

I noticed yesterday morning that an usually large amount of money $262.44 AUD has been deducted from my account by these scam artists 🙆🏽‍♀️. To make matters worse, I also received a receipt from them in one of my emails with a completely different amount $186.96 🤔 Like everyone else here, I have contacted them via the support email and only received generic responses from Ashley first stating that they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and have escalated my email for investigation. 'Robotic Ashley' then sent another email indicating that the escalation is in progress. Now no one is responding to any emails. What sort of company is this? These are disgraceful, dishonest, and very bad ways of conducting business by scamming innocent people who are working hard to make ends meet.
I contacted my bank yesterday and they blocked my card. They advised for me to wait for the funds to clear (all clear this morning) then recontact them so they can lodge a dispute/fraud investigation for me. Waiting for business hours to recontact the bank, I will be contacting Scam Watch and the police today too.

DO NOT USE!!!!! The pricing is a SCAM and is very misleading on purpose! First, the site indicates that there is a FREE TRIAL for 7 days. Because I only needed ONE code and this was a one time only special event, I thought that it would be best to use the FREE TRIAL for this simple need. After a few days, I received a notice that the QR Code was going to expire soon and I would need to pay a subscription fee in order to keep the Code usable on all the flyers that had been distributed. I went back to the subscription page and saw in LARGE LETTERS that the MONTHLY rate was $15.55 so I quickly hit that amount. I entered my credit card information and hit submit. IMPORTANTLY, THERE WAS NO GRAND TOTAL INDICATING THAT I WOULD BE PAYING A FULL YEAR IN ADVANCE - $186.00 - BEFORE SUBMITTING. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THE TOTAL AMOUNT AMOUNT ON MY BANK STATEMENT! I made several attempts to reach through the "help line" (again, only via CHAT or email - no phone contact available)- and received the same email as other dissatisfied customers saying it was their policy not to refund any funds. I requested that my account be credited for 11 months but their refused. I LOST $170 in this SCAM!

Absolutely disgraceful. They advertise a free QR code then after a set period contact you with a threat to remove the qr code functionality. I presume if you are very scrupulous you will find some caveat on their site but it's obvious what they are really up to. I spent a lot of money getting the QR code printed and now it will fail unless I give in to blackmail! On principle I won't do it even though it will cost me a lot of money and effort. How do these people sleep at night? They are here... Convertizing LTD, a company registered at 407 Cubes 1, Beacon South Quarter, Republic of Ireland. This appears to be an apartment.

BAIT AND SWITCH! They are the perfect example of bait & switch. Create a free QR code - no mention of it being a free trial or that it will expire. Then a couple weeks later they tell you your code expires unless I pay them $132 - minimum. They can keep it - I'd rather do the rework than give them a penny.

I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with this service.

The pricing was presented as a monthly amount (around $11), and it was NOT clear that this was actually a yearly subscription charged upfront. There was also no clear indication that I was entering a free trial that would convert into a large annual charge.

Because of this lack of transparency, I was unexpectedly charged over $250, which caused me to exceed my credit card limit and incur additional fees.

I cancelled within 30 minutes of the purchase and contacted support immediately, but instead of resolving the issue, I was told to wait several business days for a “review.” This is unacceptable considering how quickly the charge was processed.

This experience has caused significant financial stress, and the way the pricing is presented feels misleading and deceptive.

I strongly urge anyone considering this service to avoid it entirely. There are many other QR code generators that are transparent about their pricing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Scammers, as all of the other reviews, free trial expires, prices balloon with only annual payment available and if not paid the code deactivates - a quick look on LinkedIn shows all you need to know about this sham company that purports to operate from Dublin.

Beware of this company. They give you a 2 week trial before the QR code stops working. Then they charge you MORE than the advertised price to keep your account. We were forced to pay more than what was being advertised to my colleague, who didn't have a trial account.

I would not recommend this company. To start with they constantly send you emails pressuring you into buying the QR code otherwise you cannot use it again. Please do not be fooled by the FREE QR code, i is not free i is only a trial and also do not be fooled by the monthly billing...it is not monthly, they take the whole amount straight away! If you try to cancel even within an hour they will deny your request. There are better companies out there and a lot cheaper with great customer service.

I just needed a static QR code for 2 weeks, but got (without knowing it) a dynamic one and had to pay more than € 160! I could not check if my QR code was a static one (for free) or a dynamic one that has to be payed for. After 5 days of use I got a warning that they would stop the QR code from working within 2 days. The QR code was already in use for a neighbourhood questionnaire. So I needed to continue and therefore had no choice but to pay. I wanted to pay for one month only. They offer a monthly amount but during the payment procedure you are obliged to take a year contract which -according to small letters - cannot be cancelled! My request to pay back 11 months payment got a no!
Really awful. They should be prosecuted for giving so much misleading information and not giving reasonable money back.

Be careful with QR Code Creator’s pricing. The page highlights a bold monthly price that makes it look like a monthly plan, but it actually bills annually. I ended up with a full-year charge I didn’t expect, and customer support declined to refund it.

DO NOT USE! Ransoming people who have invested money in advertising with a 'free QR code'. I have wasted a load of money on getting advertising printed for my business which is now useless unless I pay their yearly ransom of $133! They wait until you'd clearly have ordered the flyers/business cards etc. before demanding money to keep the code active. I am just going to have to reorder everything without the QR code and pay again. Next level scum.

Absolutely awful unethical practice, I'm sure a lawsuit will be brought against them. Advertising "Free" then forcing a one year subscription! After printing 1000 business cards and several posters utilising this QR code. Over my dead body. Would rather pay to re-print everything than give these charlatans another penny

Same as everyone else here, I'm afraid. Generated the "free" QR code, ordered stickers with them as a birthday present to my husband who runs a little blog as a retirement passion project. Then I received the notice that the code will expire unless I pay, just before the stickers got delivered. Birthday present ruined, money spent on stickers thrown out the window, but at least the email raised my suspicions enough to start looking for reviews before paying. I should have done it sooner. Hopefully others will learn from our experience and stay clear of this scam site.

Another sucker customer here. The notice of renewal went to my junk mail but the confirmation of payment went to my inbox. I contacted them immediately when I received the notice of payment. I asked that they cancel the renewal immediately. They refused to do so. I’m stuck with another year of very expensive membership for an inadequate product. Customer service is terrible.
