I started studying at Qoolli Academy two months ago with no prior experience and very basic computer skills.It was a bit scary at first since this field was completely new to me.
However, I can now say that the course is well-structured and high quality. It is intensive and requires effort, but the materials are clear, and video lessons can be reviewed anytime.
The support from teachers and mentors is especially valuable- they are kind, attentive, and truly help you move forward during difficult moments. This gives confidence and motivation to keep going.
After two months,l`ve started to really enjoy software testing. The course includes a lot of practice,regular calls, and active communication with the group.

The course offers a substantial amount of material and provides helpful chat support, which makes it easier to get through difficult topics — both of these are genuinely appreciated.

That said, there are a few areas that would benefit from improvement. The course content lacks clear structure, which makes it harder to follow a logical learning path. Additionally, the inconsistency in languages — Russian instruction, English tickets, and Dutch screenshots and links — creates unnecessary friction. Finally, it would be very practical to have a curated list of training websites or dedicated practice environments, as finding suitable resources for hands-on testing on one's own is time-consuming and distracting from the learning process itself.

This is my second time taking the course, and I learn something new each time. I highly recommend this course for anyone planning to work in testing. The information is very well presented, everything is clear and accessible. A big thank you to Olya Arkusha, who, in addition to recording videos for us, also offers online meetings where we can ask questions and get answers. The course content clearly demonstrates the extensive work done to gather information on various types of testing, including how to use various tools and platforms correctly. A huge thank you to the Qoolli team for their work.

I'm currently studying the IT QA course at Qoolli Academy, and I can honestly say — this is a truly intensive program that gives you real, practical knowledge.

The homework here isn't just for show — the assignments are extensive and varied, which pushes you to genuinely dive into the material and try different approaches hands-on. It's exactly through that kind of practice that you start to understand how everything works in the real world.

I also want to highlight the feedback system: the mentors carefully review every homework submission and answer all questions.

There are also group consultations — live sessions where students, instructors, and mentors come together to openly discuss what's challenging and how to overcome it.

I'd like to share my opinion about training at Qoolli Academy.

I'd been searching for new IT skills for a long time. I had some experience. I'd created my own online store and also wanted to create an informational website about plants. Plants are one of my hobbies, but detailed information about them was supposed to generate income from contextual advertising on my informational website. However, I soon realized that I preferred the technical side of the process—creating and maintaining websites—rather than the commerce itself. So I started looking for introductory courses (video tutorials, online training, online marathons, etc.). I was deciding between UX/UI Design, Data Analyst, and Quality Assurance—things I was already somewhat familiar with.

After hearing from friends about a free course at Qoolli Academy, I decided to try my hand at QA testing. This training is very different from anything I'd experienced before. I like the approach of the instructors at this company. They get great satisfaction from working well with their clients and teach me to do the same. And this approach resonates with me. I’d like to share my experience working with Olha as a teacher.

My name is Oleksandr, and I’m one of the students at Qoolli. Before joining Qoolli’s free course, I had no idea what QA testing was — in fact, I was completely unfamiliar with the IT field. But from the very first lecture, things started to change. The learning materials were clearly structured and focused only on what really mattered, which helped me quickly get into the process and start applying what I learned in practice.

After just one lesson, we were already able to find bugs on our own and write our first bug reports. Throughout the lectures, there were plenty of visual examples that were easy to understand — even for a complete beginner like me.

My name is Maksym, and I’m a copywriter. Olha – the founder of Qoolli – reached out to me with a request for the text for her future website.

At that point, she already had two versions of the copy. I did an audit, we discussed everything, and decided to make a number of significant changes.

Olha is one of those rare clients who know how to trust professionals, so the work went smoothly and quickly.

To write the text, I needed a lot of details. I asked questions in waves – first one thing, then another. Olha replied clearly, quickly, and to the point – both in writing and during our video calls. It was obvious she’s a very focused and goal-oriented person. In my opinion, it's exactly people like her who create outstanding projects.

At the same time, Olha was coordinating with a designer – juggling both copy and visuals. That’s no easy task. Managing the process is clearly one of her strengths. I’m sure if it were all up to her, the site would’ve been finished even faster.

Of course, it was not without edits. But they were so tactful, reasonable and appropriate that I, as a copywriter, did not have a single gram of irritation. Moreover, she calmly discussed my design ideas as well.

I'm sure that Olha shows the same qualities in her work with clients – attention to detail, respect for experts, ability to take on the process. I am calm for her clients – they are in good hands!
