Having Dr. Li Chen as my doctor was an incredible experience. Prior to receiving treatment from Dr. Chen, I did not have any faith in acupuncture or Chinese medicine. She alleviated the ache in my neck and spinal column. I felt like a different person after a few sessions, and the discomfort was nearly completely gone. She recommended a few exercises that would help alleviate my pain, and as a result of her suggestions, I am delighted, optimistic, and able to sleep soundly. Dr. Li Chen is a doctor that is very committed to her work and has a very down-to-earth personality. There is no adequate phrase to sum up her enthusiasm for both her career and her patients. Due to the fact that she listens to her patient and then considers the most appropriate treatment for them, I would recommend her treatment to anyone. She is always looking out for what is in the patient's best interest and providing them with the appropriate guidance. It was the nicest thing that could have occurred to me to meet Dr. Li Chen and to get treated by her. I first went to her for treatment of my neck, and then a few months later, I went to her for treatment of my sciatica, which was yet another miracle. Her enchantment is irreplaceable in value. Dr. Li Chen, I am extremely grateful for your assistance and support, and to tell you the truth, I am looking forward to tomorrow because I am confident that you will alleviate all of my pain. A great first treatment! I was nervous about my first session of acupuncture but after listening to my (many) problems Dr. Qin put me at ease - to the point that I barely felt a thing during the procedure. The custom treatment followed by a week’s worth of herbal medicine were just what I needed! 10/10, would recommend.

I came to Dr. Li Chen with a bit of uncertainty, not sure if it was the right treatment for me, nwo I just feel so glad that I went. Dr. Li Chen is incredible, she is knowledgable, patient, her English is very good too, especially when it comes to medical terms. I have been with her for many sessions. She always explains how our bodies work, and how I am doing with the treatments. Every session I had with her was full of information, knowledge and comfort. It feels reassuring when you know that you are in good hands. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Li Chen!

I come to Qin clinic as my Eczema flares up very badly recently. The itchiness wake me up and influence my sleep a lot. Qin gives me acupuncture and herbal medicine, I feel instant relief and the herbal medicine is so effective. The herbal medicine they have is put inside small bags which I haven’t see anywhere in London, they told me it’s how they take it in China. Very nice experience. Now I am looking forward to seeing her again next week
