I ordered a necklace an entire month…
I ordered a necklace an entire month ago. It still says on the finalizing stage, out of about 10 stages and it has not moved. I don’t even know where it’s coming from and they just keep sending me the status which is the same. I could order from somewhere else and get it in two days flat. Extremely disappointing. I just asked to cancel it and get a refund, waiting on their response.

Qi Coil Pro System Cost $3000 is Shoddy. Guarantee not honoured
If I could give a negative 10 that would be more fitting
This man is just a Con artist and should not be trusted he ripped me off with the Qi Coil charging me $3000 AU dollars. It came with a 60 day money back guarantee and he has not stuck by this. As well the item arrived with a hefty $450 tax bill so on top of the the $3000 he said I needed to pay a tax that I was not told about in the outset. After trying it for about 1 month with numerous requests for help as well as replacement as the workmanship was shoddy, I have decided to return it as it gives me headaches not to mention the product was super inferior looking like it is home made job, and NOTHING LIKE the ad for what I was paying for ie no case and no training or even an instruction booklet. On top of wanting me to pay for a 15%restocking fee he is wanting me to pay for the return of the device. For someone who stands for balance etc I believe he is a fraud and should not be trusted period as I have had no end of dissatisfaction from no customer service as well this product doesn’t even work and has been a danger to my health. He is just a slick salesman who only cares about his pocket, how he can profit and I think he joys in seeing you lose your hard earned money. I have given him opportunity to come clean and honour his 60 day Satisfaction guarantee however there is always an excuse as to why he cant give me a full refund... he continues to con people into purchasing his junky device which would cost $5 to actually make in materials.
