Qiblatain Anmeldelser

Mr Asghar Ali was very professional and accomodating to my preferences, i highly recommend their service and packages.

Thank you very much for all ur help and effort.

I would recommend this company, specifically Asghar and Hilmand Khan, very good people they took care of us while on umrah, Saudi airline cancelled our flights but Qiblatain booked our hotel to compensate, Thanks a lot.

Asalam aleikum brothers and sisters. Be very careful using these people. Proper con artists. One of the guys in this company by the name of Muhammad Akram kept persuading my mum and auntie about a package for umrah in Ramandan. The price was initially £1100 each and then soon he left for holiday. His colleagues then asked for deposit. £150 each and passports which was sent. Upon returning from holiday he then told my mum and auntie that they delayed and now the package price has increased to £4000 each. Of course they declined and requested for their money back. This guy then told them that he has sent a link for them to sign so that apparently their finance team can release the money.
Sadly my poor mum signed it with out reading the terms and conditions. We then kept asking for the money because it never arrived. Today, this arrogant person texted my auntie saying that we should look closely at what we signed and then he was like he spent time looking for the package deals for them and then he was like we all know how UK is like.

Can you believe the nerve of these people. Don't use them please and if you do, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN

Had an amazing overall experience Ali Shair who was our point of contact from the start all the way to the end. He was in contact throughout the trip making sure everything was as smooth as possible. He made this experience so great, he took the hassle away and let us to focus on our Umrah. A big thanks to Ali and I would definitely recommend this company to book your Umrah

Worst travel agents!!!
Do not use use these guys they are the worst travel agents to deal with, a nightmare trying to select a suitable package, poor customer service they just try to rip you off and that's my honest review!

Recently performed umrah with my wife and mom. Had a great experience. All I can say about Qiblatain, they are super experienced in their field. Special thanks to Ali shair , a soft spoken, friendly and helping nature person . This guy helped me in every single step to make my 1st Umrah memorable.

I recently completed my Umrah through Qiblatain and alhamdulillah, their communication was spot on! From start to finish, they took great care of us and resolved any issues we faced along the way. Abdul Shakoor was particularly very helpful in organising and taking care of every small detail from visa to tickets to transport to ziyarah. Highly recommend them.

I have an amazing experience with Asghar Ali. He is amazing person and very patient to listen and answer queries. He gave best deals. I definitely recommend this guy. Great experience ❤️❤️❤️

All I can say is that I’ve had nothing but most positive experience by this company and in particular Brother Ali, who went above and beyond. I can only thank him abundantly for his help in securing good deals and doing our visas which was a massive hurdle. The KSA visa system is so difficult to navigate and crashing all the time. We struggled for days and nights on this system, to get our visas ourselves, but wasn’t successful due to technical Saudi glitches in technology. Alhamduillah, by Allah swt grace and kindness. Brother Ali manage to get our visas within an hour! Subhan Allah.! Ma Sha Allah. There are some good decent brothers in this world! May Allah swt bless him and the company he works for, without a doubt I shall be contacting him for some future umra and hajj packages. Jazakhullah khair and keep up with the great work you are doing. !

I contacted Quiblatin just two weeks to my scheduled date of performing my umurah , Sabir did all the processes in short period of time and was able to work with my budget, from visa application, hotel booking, ticketing and transportation was amazing, when we got to umurah he also provide a tour guide for us being our first time without any charge. He contact us everyday till we return back home... very patient and kind minded man...I will recommend sabir Quiblatin over and over again.

Asghar Ali dealt with me like a close family member

We had been assisted by Abdul Shakoor to plan our umrah journey. He has been helpful, kind and patient throughout the process. Keep up the good work

Absolutely happy with the way things went. I have been dealing with Abdulshakoor for over a month to get the best deal. He has showed patience, honestly and understanding. Our Ummarah was hassle free and good value for money. I would also mention the transport company they used in Makkah were fantastic. Especially the driver who picked us from Jeddah airport was so patient and waited for us for nearly 2 hours till we were out of the airport. I would highly recommend Alqiblatain and Abdulshakoor to arrange your Ummarah or travel needs.

I have contacted Qiblatain, Ahmed dealt with my enquiry, he listened to my request and got back to me with various quotes. He is excellent at customer service.

I used Qiblatain Travel Agency to obtain Umrah visas for my daughter and I, and the service I received was exemplary. I was kept informed of the progress and my questions were answered courteously.

Special thanks also to Ahmad who looked after our visa application. He was always friendly, helpful and a very kind person who was genuinely concerned about trying to keep the process simple, stress free and making sure we obtained the the approved umrah visas successfully.

I am very happy with the excellent service I received, and I am happily recommending Qiblatain Travel Agency to family, friends and anyone preparing for Umrah. Thank you again, Ahmad, for your professional service and support.

Qiblatain were very professional in explaining the whole procedure, they sent all details correctly, thanks to Abdul who was very professional.
