Every time I have contacted them about something over the last 2 years I have been with QDOS, it has always been quick and easy. Efficient team and great customer service. Kaisey in particular was helpful in helping me sort out the right level of cover for my business, upgrading the policies and cancelling the old ones. All was done within 10 mins on the phone.

Insurance is never something you want to pay for but a necessity and I have used QDOS for years. They have great simple service and helpful reminders. The costs don't creep up year on year either like everything else out there at the moment.
