I just want to say, I had a great experience yesterday. The staff was so friendly. I never ate at Qdoba before, but Ms. Lauren helped me out with the menu. I'll definitely be back.

After calling Qdoba and telling them that I received the wrong order, they continued to tell me they couldn’t find my order in their system, even after I gave them my order number and offered to send them a copy of my receipt. At that point, they put me on hold and began taking orders from other customers. As of the writing of this review (12/27/2024), I’ve been on hold now for 1 hour, 28 minutes. They’re still taking orders from other customers.

Qdobo is wrong for giving us not even a scoop of meat and rice in our mini bowls and they do not offer chips with our mini bowls unless we pay for them. What’s the difference between getting chips with a regular size bowl and a mini bowl? Every time I ask for Queso sauce on my bowl I do not get it,

Don't bother ordering the brisket birria unless you like a lot of fat. By the time the fat chunks were pulled out of my burrito, there wasn't much left. The rest of the burrito was great, just not the meat.

I'm writing in regards to my experience at Qdoba located on Marquette University's campus on north 16th Street and west Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. To be fair, all workers had gloves on their hands, however, those gloves were touching several things before they were used to serve food. I witnessed 3 workers, one of which was the ""manager" of this establishment, touching receipts, refrigerator handles, buckets of peppers, meats etc., and just resting on the counter tops prior to preparing orders. This type of behavior is concerning because it can lead to severe illness and at minimum an upset stomach. I asked the gentleman to change his gloves before preparing my order, which he did without hesitation. The manager inserted herself into the conversation and said "that's why we wear gloves sir" although she didn't witness what I did because she was in the back room and not the dining area/upfront. I don't think it would matter though because after she put on her gloves she began touching non-food surfaces herself. Also, the manager is a lady with long dreadlocks that also should be covered with a hair net instead of being unharnessed around food. I explained to her that gloves are useless if they're being used to touch all these surfaces prior to preparing food, but she was combative/argumentative. We just had an outbreak of food contamination at McDonald's due to tainted ingredient. This sort of behavior and the lack of food safety training I witnessed at Qdoda cant be acceptable. I think your agency should go there and witness the food handling and recommend some best practices to keep everyone who eats there safe.This happened today, October 26th, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.

I’m a third-party delivery person and I was at the Qdoba on 11th Ave. in Greeley Colorado. When I arrived, there were no customers and only two employees that I could see. One was sweeping the other was on her tablet just barely out of sight, I believe she was the manager. I requested my customers order and was informed that it wasn’t supposed to be fired up until 1130. I asked if they could make it and the reply was in six minutes. The manager, Savanna, Said she could make something else. My employer expects me to arrive at the location as soon as possible after I receive the order. So I waited for the order because there was nothing else I could do. Savanna took her sweet time putting my order together. Savannah needs intense Management training or be fired.

You ruined our Life in a guessing game. Thank you Qdoba.

Qdoba goated

We went to the Qdoba in Midwest City Oklahoma today and although there was a line, the quality of food was outstanding. I do write many reviews for other places to eat throughout Oklahoma and I will be coming back

Can't heat a burrito it was cold people rude. Never again. Will let people know about there cold food can't get it warm unless it's a quesddia

I like Qdoba on S East St, in Indianapolis, near Kroger. People at the counter are polite and burrito bowls are always tasty.

The worst of the worst, in every way.

What was advertised:
I was looking at the picture of their Nachos, a pile of crisp tortilla chips with various meats and cheezes that I could select. That is what I wanted.
Ordering:
Using their online ordering page for delivery food is nearly impossible. I tried 4 times before giving up and taking what I was forced to order. There were other choices listed in their confusing array of selections, but it would not accept the items I selected. Nevertheless, after accepting the items they allowed me to select, I expected a minimum of something that resembled the picture.
What arrived:
I received a cardboard saucer filled with slop and a paper bag filled with the remnants of well crushed chips. The slop, reminiscent of what one dumps into a pig trough, comprised all the toppings and sauces I had ordered; NOT on the chips but randomly scrambled, cold, in a bowl.
The Food:
It actually did taste OK, but I could hardly force myself to eat the cold slurry. It looked regurgitated. Dumping it on cold chip fragments did not help.
Summary: NEVER again. Never.

The guacamole was tasteless and over the night on the next day turned black. The queso used to be thick but now is runny. Disappointing. We used to love their food.

Save your money this place is disgusting, Go to Chipotle . Gnat's in my food

We had Qdoba catered at work and it was amazing! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! Vanessa from the Sarah Place NW store was attentive to our requests and set up the buffet beautifully. We definitely will be doing this again! Just thinking about it at 6:30 am is making my mouth water! Thank you, Vanessa, for the amazing lunch! Sonja. Knowledge Beginnings Rochester Mn

I visited this restaurant in my area for the first time...I wanted a taco bowl salad...to say.. honestly...it was disgusting...the beans were mushy and tasteless...the quacamole had no flavor...the bowl was stale...I ate a quarter of it and threw it away!Just awful!And the brisket meat was cold and stringy!YUCK!!!

I love Qdoba and usually visit weekly, but today I encountered the rudest employee I've ever met. While in Hoboken, I sat outside on some chairs with my kids and was told to leave because I wasn't a customer. The employee even threatened to call the police. When I mentioned that I frequently spend money there, the employee responded that it didn't matter. I won't be patronizing Qdoba anymore.

We ordered catering on Friday, June 28. We had 15 guests arriving at our home at 6 and were tied up for the day so we asked our parents to pick up our order. I advised my parents warmers and silverware, plates all were included in my payment. Once I arrived home at 5:30 the food was there and my parents said they said warmers were not included ( I ordered with their assistance), rushed to call them the manager Will I believe said he would take care of it but I would have to run by and pick it up .. its now almost 6 I run there and he says he misinformed me and they are out of the warmers. He puts his boss on the phone who says I got what I ordered and warmers were not included. I advised her I ordered with the help of there team and she tells me to go to Walmart and buy my own warmers. So a trip made 20 min each way. I rush home and put the food in the oven.. now out food had sat out for an hour without heat.
The GM was rude and disrespectful! I told her I wanted a refund. She said hell no you got your food. So I put dispute it with my CC. They ruined our family gathering with my out of town family. After being outside in the heat all day I had no chance of even getting a shower. Absolutely would never order from them again…this is clay trace center location.
The noblesville location did a wonderful job 2 months prior and were extremely helpful even offered to come set it up for free!

The amount of food or should I say the lack of food the last 3 times I have been ridiculous. Every time I ask about why the portions are so small I get a hateful attitude that is I want some more corn or lettuce I can have some but that is all the rice, beans and chicken I can have. Come on I am the customer. I should be able to purchase a fair amount of food for $36 to $50. I am going to rethink my go to places to eat.

Qdoba is a great place. I like bowls with potato, cheese, guacamole, pico de galo, and greens.
