Great communication and fast shipping. The only downside is I placed my order the day before the Chinese New Year so it took a little longer to receive my order than usual. 10 out of 10, will be purchasing again! I've had my watch for a month now and am extremely satisfied!

The purchasing process was excellent. Good communication throughout the process. The purchase of the watch took a bit longer than anticipated but this might have been due to availability or making of watch. The International shipping was excellent and had no issues receiving merchandise. Quality of watch looks excellent. Would confidently purchase again.

Impressive Quality and Communication
I received a beautiful watch today from PY Luxury. Do not hesitate to use PY Luxury. Yes, there is an increased cost but you will be rewarded for their work. They identify the best manufacturing facilities for your watch and ensure that the quality of what you receive is nothing but the best. I must say that I am very impressed with what I received. All my messages were answered within a day. I received my package within 7-10 days after ordering.

After sales service was terrible
After sales service was terrible. The watch lost its rotor and there was no help just a suggestion to but some screwdrivers and do it myself.
The watch in question is a Richard Mille replica. There is no such qualified person. Richard Mille uses proprietary screws which non-Mille watchmakers do not carry.
I note I didn't expect immediate attention but did expect some assistance given the watch was in my possession for a month before it broke.
The watch has also completely stopped working. I guess it's a warning to all to remember that ultimately these are fake watches that breach copyright and so one can't expect anything good.

As we serve customers worldwide, immediate in-person repair is not always feasible. For mechanical matters such as a loose rotor, the most practical and fastest solution is to have the watch inspected by a qualified local watchmaker. These adjustments are typically straightforward and can be resolved quickly at a local service shop.
However, if local service is not available or cannot resolve the issue, you can send the watch back to us, and we will support you to fix the problem.

They sent me the watch, and it immediately had issues and now is not working at all.
I have attempted to contact them 4 times with no response what so ever.
