Superfast delivery (5 days to Eastern Europe). However, the puzzle came with manufacturer's defect - one side of the box has been torn and tucked in. The outer plastic packaging is original. This is very unfortunate as I bought the puzzle as a present. Even though there is another one of the same available for sale, I won't be exchanging mine due additional tax charges on UK goods. The recipient is turning 81, so, fingers crossed, she won't be too upset about the damage, but still, it's disappointing.

I've ordered a few times from these and can't fault them. Fast delivery with regular updates. Their site has a large range if jigsaws that are hard to find elsewhere. Will now be my go to when ordering puzzles.

I received an Advent Jigsaw from a kind friend and am absolutely loving it! The 50 piece daily puzzles are a challenge but fun. I look forward to getting up in the morning to do it!

Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande du 26 novembre !

Excellent Service. Easy website. Well packaged and fast delivery. Faultless.

I ordered my puzzle on the 12th, Nov, now 18th, gave me a tracking reference which shows no movement to date. 3 tries to get a response from the company as to why, all ignored.

An absolutely excellent company!! Their prices are sensible and delivery is very quick.

Ordered puzzles for my mum who is elderly and doing smaller puzzles now. Wasn’t sure but ordered 2 to see what they were like. These puzzles are great! They are good quality, fit perfectly on her table and are small but challenging and she’s really enjoying them. Will be ordering again soon. Delivery was quick too. Thank you

Excellent service. Uses Parcel Force. Much much more reliable than Evri. simple to purchase, fast response, delivered in 3 days from order. Perfect condition on arrival. Reasonably priced. Would be happy to use again

I didn't find the PG site the easiest to navigate to the artist whose style I usually appreciate, but when I eventually found three titles of his work that we have not assembled previously, I willingly purchased all three. We will enjoy them during the Winter holiday period.

Great packaging and fast shipping!

Excellent service, guide range of stock, good value for money .

Very pleased to get this jigsaw as I love the image. I haven't completed it yet.
Delivery was really fast.

I love their website and was able to find many Ravensburger puzzles not available in the U.S. Unfortunately, the puzzles were poorly packed, in a box that was not as sturdy as it should have been, with scant taping and no packing material for the empty spaces. Four of the 7 puzzle boxes were severely damaged. As a caveat I paid $97 U.S. for shipping. I contacted the company and they responded promptly and issued me a $97 credit to my account. Excellent resolution to the problem.

Excellent service, great value for money, quick delivery,
