NOT TO USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY (lesson learned)
I would have given negative review if possible if there was an OPTION!
What exactly is going on with my order?
I placed an order worth ₹3700, containing 21 items. When the package was delivered on 17th May 2026, nearly HALF the products were missing — items worth around ₹2000–₹2200 were not inside the box.
And this is where the real mess starts.
After delivery, your app suddenly showed that the order was “RESCHEDULED FOR 20TH MAY.” Naturally, I assumed the missing products were being sent separately. I personally visited TWO different DTC courier branches, spoke to the staff and even the owner, only to be told there was NO second shipment under my name.
Today is 20th May, and suddenly your app marks the order as “DELIVERED” again — without any second package ever arriving.
So let me get this straight:
1. You delivered an incomplete order with missing items worth thousands.
2. Your app showed false rescheduling updates after delivery.
3. Your customer support has taken zero meaningful action despite repeated complaints.
4. Even your courier partner confirms there is no second shipment.
This is not just poor service anymore — this is complete negligence and misinformation toward customers.
I have already visited courier offices personally, contacted delivery agents, raised complaints, and wasted hours trying to fix YOUR mistake. No customer should have to run around like this after paying full price.
I need an immediate investigation, a proper explanation, and either:
* the missing products delivered urgently, OR
* a full refund for the missing items.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will continue escalating this publicly across social media platforms and consumer grievance channels because customers deserve transparency, not confusion and silence.
