I was an sceptic person about that the cbd would do anything for me? But after havin jused this for now a coupple of months i will never stop using this. I had a lot of problems with my stomach and since i started using purity cbd my stomach problems are gone. I allso have noticed the last coupple of weeks that i my sleep has gotten much much better and my body dont aches at all when I vake up i the morning and finally i allso relly feeling that it helps me with my work out at the gym. The Resaults there is awsome. Thank you purity for giving me a better life ❤️❤️

Purity products have changed my life!!!!
I suffer with back pain, anxiety and depression. I started taking the 10% hemp oil originally for my pack pain. I can say it has changed my life. I haven't taken any medication since. I also manage the pain with the roll ons which are amazing and all natural so I can use them as often as I need to.
It has also helped with my anxiety and depression. Since using it, I have managed to lower my dose of anti depressants and I haven't taken my anxiety medication since. My 17 year old daughter who also suffered from anxiety is also using the 10% oil and no longer takes her anxiety medication. We both drink the tea and coffee too! The gummies will definatley be on my next order. The staff are so helpful and explained everything so clearly so i understood everythingo wameed to know. My packages arrive when expected. I honestly can't fault anything. Thank you so much Purity. Your products really have changed my life ☺

Shifty Experience with the company
i ordered the premium 4000mg, order never arrived. asked for a refund. Their MD Michael sent me an email that they are sending me a sample of tea together with a 2000mg sample bottle as a goodwill gesture to tie me over. MD
also informs me there's a delay with labels. Again I asked to be refunded but instead, they sent me an email that the labels are in and my order will be dispatched. order never arrived! Emailed again to MD
for a refund instead he replied they are sending me their premium free of charge and my order is being refunded. then later
I get sent a bottle with no label whatsoever and got emailed that my order has been processed. This Michael the MD of the company has blatantly lied for weeks about my refund and the labels and does not want to refund me and also has the cheek to ask me to send back the two bottles he sent as a goodwill gesture. I did not ask for any freebies but just my refund back so I can buy from another supplier.
lies after lies even though I have records of emails clearly stating the freebies and ''refunds already in the process'' I even offered to send back the freebies so I can have my money back. how can an MD of a company stoop so low to cheat their customer when asked for a refund? Now I have no choice but to take it up with the law to claim my money back. Such a shifty MD who goes back on his word as stated in the email failed trading standards and sent an unlabelled bottle failing regulations
leaving me out of pocket and in distress.

I have waited until after the festive season to reply to your comments, as we know the emotional impact the holidays can have on people.
Concerning your remarks, let me say I am not just the MD, I am also the Founder of the Purity Hemp Company. I created this business eight years ago to be a Force for Good and help as many people manage or improve their mental and physical well-being with the best Cannanbiond products available.
As a business, we have and will continue to put People before Profits regardless of their situation. I am incredibly proud that we continue to help thousands of people daily with their overall well-being.
On this occasion, I feel it necessary to reply directly to your remarks; I communicated that there was a delay in the product labels from your original order; you stated your concerns about running low, so I offered to send you a complimentary bottle of 2000mg at the cost of £118.79 - we even shipped it out to FedEx the next day to help which I did.
Over the nine days, both the team and I communicated that there continued to be a delay with the product labels from the supplier; however, I suggested we send you the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) to reassure you of the ingredients and the quality, all which can be directly linked back to our website, which we did. Again we paid for an overnight FedEx delivery to get it to you quickly.
This was your original order (less the small label on the bottle). This order value was £279.79.
However, after receiving the parcel, you requested a refund because of the missing label, which triggered a refund process (listed in the Terms & Conditions) - return the product unopened, and we will issue the refund. The team requested confirmation that you were sending the product back however your email(s) stated that you had no intention of doing that because the label was not on the bottle.
It became apparent that this was not about a label or a delay, so I approved the additional refund of £279.79, which should have taken 7 and 10 days to show in your account (we have no control over this).
So, the record is clear our business provided you with £678.37 in product cost plus two overnight FedEx delivery to support you. There was no other intention but to help you. As mentioned above, I created this business to help people manage and improve their mental and physical well-being.
Despite this interaction, we will continue to put People before Profit, and I wish you all the best in your journey.
