I booked in 8 sessions through purify and my trainer Liz is awesome. Really friendly and motivating. Felt like she and the purify team have made the experience really worth while. Losing the weight but also really enjoying the sessions.

I came to Purify4Life looking to change my lifestyle and create a routine of exercising. Purify paired me up with one of its personal trainers, Ali, who has been showing up to my place in London a few times a week. He's been super friendly, communicative, reliable and competent. I had a mixed experience with other companies, but I'd recommend purify to anybody.

This company is amazing, and the trainers are very experienced and kind.

I am currently working with a personal trainer from Purify4Life. I can honestly say in the last month I am been working with my assigned trainer, Isaac, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. After nearly two years of lockdown I put on a lot of weight, became very unfit and was eating very unhealithly. Isaac was quick to identify the main issues with my fitness levels and put together and excellent excerise and diet plan. In 4 short weeks, I have already noticed a huge improvement in my fitness levels and overall well being. I look foward to continue to working with Purify4life, and Isaac, in the weeks and months ahead.

Liz was an enthusiastic energetic trainer who provided all over body workouts each week- unique exercises done outdoors using multiple equipment. Fun and accessible Liz has helped me gain strength build muscle and feel confident. Thanks Liz and thank you to purify for sourcing great personal trainers !

I am enjoying the services of Purify. Every so often I receive a 'gift' in the post e.g. water bottle, protein bar etc.

My trainer (Liz) is excellent and there is great communication in between sessions.

I haven’t worked out in years as I couldn’t find the right gym, trainer, sessions or motivation. Purify4life changed that after pairing me with Belinda who had since given me the motivation back by focusing the sessions around me, my likes, body focus areas. Above all it’s fun. Couldn’t recommend them more

Highly recommend the team here for training. Professional friendly and so different from previous PT’s I’ve had. I’ve enjoyed the sessions for the first time as my PT coach Q took the time to understand what I could do and where I could go within my fitness.

Working with Kadeem has been awesome. I've seen a dramatic increase in my fitness and wellbeing.

I am really enjoying the sessions with Kadeem. He is a great PT - he changes the sessions to keep them engaging, and motivates us when we are flagging. We have been working out with Kadeem roughly twice a week for a little over 10 weeks now and I'm feeling much healthier, fitter and stronger as a result.

The block pricing structure allows you to have flexibility with the sessions if you cannot commit to a set number of sessions each week.

Couldn't recommend highly enough: the team really listen to what you're hoping to gain, and match you with a trainer who'll understand you. I used Purify to get me back into working out after a year of slobbing around during lockdown and I'm so glad I did. Would definitely use again!

Abigail is fun, kind and pushes me to better myself. She adapts the training sessions to my needs and capabilities. I strongly recommend her training services.

Its 6 or 7 weeks into my training, Tola is great. He knows when to push it, he mixes up the circuits so all the sessions are a bit different. Adaptable when we needed to move indoors because of rain. Getting more than just physical exercise, been a great mental motivator for me post lockdown. Very pleased indeed.

Keanu is an Amazing trainer

I have my training weekly for a few months now and it has been amazing and I’m starting to feel and look different. I’m planning to get married next year and Keanu is being supportive and making me work hard to get to my target weight! I highly recommend him and purify!

I have been working with them for almost a year and it’s the best decision I have made. Every workout is tailored to my goals and I am pushed as far as I can handle. I have never felt better!

I have been working with Keanu at Purity4life for several months now with three sessions a week for an hour each. I’ve lost weight, have much better core strength and feel much fitter in general. The sessions are hard but rewarding and Keanu is very professional and encouraging when I struggle to complete sets. I highly recommend Keanu. He’s made a big difference to me and I plan to continue to use his expertise and support as the year continues.

I have been training with Keanu for more than a year, initially twice a week and now once per week. He always puts new and interesting workouts together, takes on board what I want to work on and keeps me motivated whatever the weather. I would definitely recommend for anyone either looking to get fit or already fit and looking to maintain or improve. His communication is great as well, so no danger of missing a session....

I started PT sessions with Keanu at the beginning of December 2020. I had an initial free consultation and fitness assessment and we discussed what I was looking to achieve. Since then I’ve had two sessions a week with Keanu. Keanu is a great PT, he keeps me motivated, sets challenging but fun workouts, gives me advice on my diet, and checks in on me between sessions. I really feel the benefit of the sessions, I feel stronger, have more energy, and I have lost weight. I would definitely recommend Keanu to anyone thinking of trying a PT.
