Both of our cats absolutely love Purfectly Fresh. Artemis tends to get bored with his food easily and isn’t really a “foodie” but gets super excited as soon as he sees his Purfectly Fresh and licks his bowl clean! Rocket is incredibly fussy but he also loves Purfectly Fresh! I love how easy the food is to portion as it makes meal times hassle free! Also, the company are lovely and have great customer service- would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Let me tell a story about two very fussy cats! Tom and Bella, for years I struggled to find a cat food that would satisfy their taste buds... until I found Purfectly Fresh! They are actually asking for more! The food is fresh and has a very pleasant smell. And finally I don't have to spray my flat after they went to the toilet! No more smelly poopsters! And the customer service is absolutely amazing, always super helpful and very responsive. I love the fact that not only I am feeding my cats with a good quality food but also I am supporting small and local business. And a massive bravo for the packaging. Well done guys! Best cat food ever. My cat loves this food. Then we told one of our furry furriend and now he is on purfectlyfresh too. Also excellent customer service.

I have 2 very fussy cats whom get bored very quickly of food, I have tried everything!
I brought a tester pack and gave it a go, to start off with they didn't like it so I gave it a few days and tried again adding some warm water to it.
Wow what a difference, they wolfed it down. I have to stop my little boy trying to eat his sister's.
I'm looking forward to new flavours being available so they can solely eat this food. It certainly fills them up.
Communication from the company is 5* prompt response and always very helpful.

I had just started my cats on Purfectly, when my Siamese became seriously ill, refusing all food and water and obviously in severe pain. She spent 7 days at the Vet hospital on serious meds- and flatly refusing food of any sort. The vets asked me to come in and try anything to get food into her - but my trial pack of Purfectly had run out - and with a bill of £1500 and rising, I really coudnt afford another big pack for a couple of weeks- and was there any point if lexie was going to die? I rang Purrfectly in tears, not even sure what questions I was going to ask....but was offerered a small pack of food to last a few days to see if she made it---sent inmmiediately. I was able to get the chicken and Turkey into her mouth because the mince is very soft and moist- and small. She ate a little and started to pick up....and is now back home, weak - but home! She is eating the Purfectly only- but theres a lot of other food out in case she wants something else...Her choice as a very sick cat is Perfectly Fresh Chicken- which says it all. This is a kind company - I wasnt a regular customer, I had just had the sample box from them, but they have been so kind that I want people to know! Thanks Perfectly- you are amazing

I was reluctant to change my boy’s food at first because he’s had severe food sensitivities in the past, to the point where he’d be sick 2-3 times a day, daily, for weeks. However, after trying this, me and my fur baby cannot be happier! He’s fussy and it took a bit to adjust - although not too long, and the chicken topper didn’t really help. But with encouragement and perseverance, he now loves it!! Much less smelly poop, although I’m yet to see other changes as he’s not had this for long. I am highly impressed with the quality and I would never go back to processed tinned food, as this is so much better and healthier! The packaging is spot on too, in line with food hygiene and appropriate storage. The communication is lovely, they’re always happy to accommodate you!

My cats absolutely love this food! They are fussy and it’s first time they literally lick their bowls clean! Huge improvement in litter box too, I’ve been struggling to find good wet food for my boy with sensitive stomach and Purfectly Fresh is bang on! Poops are much less smelly and finally firm! Simple ingredients without all unnecessary fillers make food really top quality.
I have to also say that their customer service is second to none. Their are very responsive and will do everything to accommodate you. I use WhatsApp to contact them which is really convenient and quick way.
If you want to feed your cat top quality food which is biologically appropriate for them and want to make sure that you’re dealing with company which cares about your cats as much as you look no further!

My cat absolutely loves this food! She clears her plate every mealtime. The food looks of very good quality and doesn’t have a horrible smell that mass produced cat food has. My cat is 10 years old and I have never known her to enjoy her food so much. She has stopped scrounging of my plate and her coat is definitely shinier.

Wow what a fantastic idea and food for my cat! My cat cookie loves her food and purfectly fresh sounded amazing and not in a tin! Well no transition needed for Cookie so ate it all and licked the bowl clean! Fantastic customer service and love the personalised delivery box for Cookie. Highly recommend!

Amazing! I’ve got two cats and they love Purfectly Fresh! One is extremely picky and this is the first time I’ve ever seen him lick the bowl clean! Both food and communication with the company is amazing. My kitties and I couldn’t be happier! 🐱

Lovely company who clearly do great food (according to my two fur baby kitties Fixby and Langley. ) Your not gonna get better then 100% pure meat and I was toying between trying them on a raw food diet till I found this company on Instagram. My boys love the turkey and the beef. Highly recommend . Great service too.

Usually with new food I gradually transition them as my kitten doesn't tend to jump straight in to it but as soon as I opened the box she wanted to dig in - she found it delicious straight away and licked the bowl clean. A huge noticeable difference in the litter tray - she is going less and doesn't smell at all. Highly recommend this - I hope one day they create a tinned/non freezable version as my freezer space is limited.

Purfectly Fresh have been so helpful and accommodating. Clay is a bit fussy but LOVES his beef purfectly fresh sachets, it looks so good I often fancy a bit to! 😁 The volume and food itself is specific to your cat, and it has no nasty things in it. The name is spot on! I like the food itself, plus good customer service and company ethics - Highly recommended!

We have recently inherited my mothers elderly cat. He is extremely fussy due to being spoilt rotten and trying to get him to eat shop bought food was a real trial. From the first delivery from Purfectly Fresh he was hooked and particularly loved the chicken and turkey. The meat has fresh ingredients, comes packed insulated so it’s still frozen, giving it a long shelf life. It also doesn’t leave a horrible smell like packet food. Chucky would definitely recommend it!

Our two 1 year old cats recently tried a trial box of Purfectly Fresh. You can tell the meat is great quality and both love the turkey and chicken! They lick the bowls completely clean with this food, whereas if I feed other food there are often odd bits left. One cat is a bit fussy and doesn't like beef, but Purfectly Fresh were great about customising her meals to just chicken and turkey. They use large pouches which have markers along the side to show how much a portion is, which is great as this cuts down on packaging and ultimately better for the environment. Their customer service is helpful and friendly and they are quick to get back to you. Very pleased with everything so far, thank you!

Otto is a typical fussy cat! He settled on a mid-range brand of cat food and despite many efforts to move him to a higher end food over the years nothing passed the taste test. A friend recommended Purfectly Fresh and with a 50% discount on offer I decided to give it a go. Initial attempts were met with the same refusal so I started putting out two bowls of food, one of his regular food and one of the Purfectly fresh. Within a couple of days he wasn't even sniffing the other food! There is much less waste - he eats every last mouthful, whereas before I threw away so much (he was a gravy licker!) He eats a lot less dry food so that now lasts twice as long.
The team are so friendly and helpful with any questions or queries. They held back my subscription for me whilst Otto was transitioning, and happily changed our order to just turkey and chicken (a fussy cat still has to have his moments!) They often check in to see how we are getting on. They are proof that good old fashioned personal service can still go hand in hand with todays online/delivery style of shopping. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
