This is the best pro/prebiotic I've taken. And I have tried many! I suffer from IBS, and this particular probiotic has helped me enormously! Customer service is great, no problems with shipping. And I really love the minty/peppermint aroma 😊
I love the peppermint smell first thing in the morning. But aside from that, this had been the best probiotic ever. I have had gut issues for 72 years and this has made the most difference for me.
Great product that really does what it says it will do. Excellent service and pretty good value

This product so far, keeps things going on a semi regular
basis. My frequency is about 4 times a week. At this point I don't know why it is a struggle to go as it is. I expected better. I am open for suggestions.
