My delivery was a little bumpy. I received an email to say my package was delivered. It wasn’t. The date provided was a holiday. So I reached out to the company and explained no delivery was made. This is actually my second order from you. The first one was 2 years ago. My husband was satisfied with it so I ordered for myself. My back pain is gradually diminishing. Hopefully, it will be gone soon.

I use a lift chair the cushion made it more comfortable.

The product that I received was fine however the delivery time to receive the product was very poor as it took nearly a month to receive. Me and my family are very happy with the product received and may require additional units inthe future. WJP.

Pad worked great! Eleviated the pain of long periods of sitting. Unfortunately, pad was stolen after first use so i immediately ordered another. Shipping is very long thus the four stars.

Cushion was as advertised. My tailbone does actually feel better
