I have never had any issues with your treats, my horse loves them, my issue with my last delivery is the carrier, I noted that the goods were to be left in my porch, instead the carrier left 2 large cardboard boxes partly on my path and partly on my lawn, by the time I got home the boxes were soaked and disintergrated when trying to pick them up, fortunately the treats being in plastic bags were fine

Still my first choice despite being a bit pricey. More so for me having to order online and pay an extra £10 shipping fee as no stores near me stock Pure.

Firstly our old horses are looking amazing on the pure veteran mix. Buying it direct is easy and I know I will receive my order within the week. Delivery guys are always helpful. Have only had to contact customer service once and the response was immediate. First class all round thus I just repeat my order from pure feeds directly when we get down to our last couple of bags as I know I can rely on them.

Fast delivery, Horse absolutely love his food eats every last bit very happy so far.

The conditioning pellets I received recently must have different ingredients to the usual ones. My horse has been on them for years and loved them, but he doesn’t like these. Apart from the slightly smaller cube what else has changed?

I love this feed, but I was charged £25 shipping for the 10 bags I ordered. I feel this is extremely steep.

We’ve used Pure feeds for about 3 years, and feed it to all our horses and ponies. Our hypoallergenic, sweet itch suffering Haflinger thrives on Pure Easy with linseed added to help skin and provide extra energy when needed. Our competition ponies have Pure Working and our brood mare has been on the stud mix for several months and now has a beautiful filly. Both of them look amazing! I wouldn’t change to anything else.

Honestly, pure feed is fantastic. I’ve been using them for just over a year and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my horse. Everybody on our livery yard uses them and has never looked elsewhere. Delivery is quick and easy definitely recommend.

Again despite leaving clear instructions regarding delivery, they were not followed. I asked for a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange delivery and then a call 1 hour before delivery to ensure I could get to site. I got a phone call 20 minutes before the driver turned up. I had to make arrangements for someone to be on site to let the driver in

Love these products.
Finding difficult to source locally so buy direct. Postage is expensive and there is a lot of packaging!

Always easy to order, great delivery services and my ponies are doing so well on Pure Feed. The shiniest and healthiest they’ve ever looked !
Great that I swap up and down between easy and fibre depending on their work load too, so glad I found pure feed!

Hello just wanted to thank all at pure feeds after receiving my free diet plan for my horse glen I ordered the pure working as advised in February I must say I have noticed a huge difference in his way of going he has more energy and jump in his movement seems much more enthusiastic about his work 🤩
I have tried many feeds over the past years and nothing has had the desired effect as the pure feed and to top it all off it’s all in one bag couldn’t get any better highly recommend this feed and the price is good value for money a lot cheaper than previous feed
