Never buy from them! Scam.

Didn't work and they keep stealing money from my bank every month. Issue is now with courts. Avoid the plague, these are total scammers and will steal money from your bank account.

Bought this and it took over a month to get to my local post office. I checked the tracking and it comes from China. My post office sent me a notice that the package was flagged with fraudulent postage and therefore they could not deliver it to me. I contacted the company for a refund and no luck.

I just received my package i was super excited and anticipating this delivery, which came after about a week and a 1/2 or 2 weeks.. So I paid $30 for what?What's supposed to be 2 difusers?
But I only received one.The packaging was real cheap.Look like something that you might buy at the ninety nine cent store.
I was expecting some kind of electronic vape pen kind of thing. But this was definitely not that. It's a small THIN very CHEAP PLASTIC TUBE with a vicks vapor rub tasting soaked cotton in the bottom THATS ALL IT IS! A STRAW!
IF this thing costed me five dollars I'd still feel ripped off.
It felt like Icy hot on my lips and tastes like Vicks vapor rub would probably taste. Me personally.I am not happy with this product. Especially the $30 I paid for it. I'm usually very easily satisfied. Not very picky but I will speak my mind
So that other people do not make the same mistake i made. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT IMPROVE MY BREATHING, I DO NOT FIND IT ENJOYABLE BY ANY MEASURE, IT IS EXTREMELY LOW/POOR QUALITY.

The ads show a pen that lights up and emits smoke. What you receive is a cheap plastic tube that smells a little. No vapor no light. Just a felt tube inside. I thought I was paying $30 for a non nicotine vape. This is worth $5 or less and is a big scam. False advertising.

Under no circumstances, should you buy their products. I placed an order on September 15 and it is October 23 and I’ve received nothing. They will not refund my money. They take your money and they pocket it. I’m trying to file a claim with my credit card company, but it is difficult. They are a scam thieving company.

I purchased this product to try and I wasn’t planning to order more, unless I really like it
I got a surprise email that they shipped another order to my address
I did reply to the email the same day September 24 ,2025 asking to stop any order unless I order it myself I got reply from the customer support manager Josh on September 25 saying that they cancelled the order and my subscription was cancelled
Today is October 24 I just received my credit card statement. It shows that there is a charge from this company. So no matter what you do they still charge you for something that you don’t want this is a big scam do not buy from this company

I placed my first order - the vape device did not work, I have emailed 12 times with no reply. I also asked to cancel my subscription with no reply and they sent another batch and took my money. I have only just received a reply after 2 months but refused to give my money back for the subscription which I cancelled! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There is no link to cancel although it says you can cancel at any time.
they say there is a customer dashboard where you can cancel but there is not.

we do not want this subscription any longer and there is only an email to contact.
Seems a little scamy

If I could put a negative I would do not buy this purchase I mean do not buy this purchase this is not coming from where it is supposed to and this is a scam they continue to charge your card even if you canceled in devastating and it's not even the item that they're showing you you're going to receive

DO NOT BUY! They are advertising a healthy alternative but I just received my order and it's coming direct from China and includes Polyoxyl 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil and 2-Hexanediol both of which are extremely harmful chemicals to inhale and should not be in any vape product.
