Déçu.
J'ai commandé une figurine de la saga Assassin’s Creed le 30 juin 2025, on m’a dit qu'elle était en préco du coup elle serait valable à partir du T4 2025, nous sommes actuellement en 2026, j'ai relancé ma demande pour voir où ça en était ( vous noterai la patience déjà jusque là) on m’a répondu " c'est une pré-commande pour un T3-T4 ", jusqu'où va aller l’arnaque ?
Si une personne responsable passe par ici, qu'il me vienne en aide, j’aimerai voir la couleur de l’objet dont j'ai fait une dépense svp

I've picked up a few of your 1/4-scale Resident Evil and Witcher 3 statues, and honestly, the quality and art direction are insane. The attention to detail is incredible. I'm definitely looking forward to adding more characters to the collection and continuing to grow my lineup.

I order a statue from PureArts and a few figures. They came in great shape. I got the Assassin's Creed Altiar statue. And the Altiar Ezio, and Connor figures. They shipped pretty fast and were easy to put together.

I purchased a figure from them that had a timeframe of Q1 2026. It got moved months later to Q2 with zero communication. It then recently was moved to Q4 2026 for an item I purchased in late 2025.

The timeframe could be potentially an entire year to receive their product. I asked for a refund, and they wanted to take a $52 deposit out of the refund. They gave me a sob story about them having to move factories, which caused a delay a few months ago.

If you have a delay, you should inform your customers about it instead of hoping no one thinks about it. The fact that I had to reach out on my own to find this out is disappointing.

The fact that I couldn't get a refund on my "deposit" for an item that would be received potentially a *year* after ordering is ludicrous.

Their Director of Marketing and Sales, Dan Richard, eventually replied to my escalations and unironically told me that they can't afford to lose this deposit, and that it would hurt their business.

Won't someone please think of the multimillion dollar company?

The quality of their collectibles is insane. I've been a fan for so long, ever since seeing their Marvel line up, I hope, to get some or all of their Assassin's Creed line, same with Marvel and beyond, I'm an avid purearts stand
