Shipped unordered and unwanted shampoo
These people shipped me a bottle of Shampoo for $44. plus its on a recurring order scam. #1, I would NEVER order any recurring order thing, and#2, I have NO use for any shampoo (BALD!). I called the number on the shipping label (310 409-4616), no longer in service. I called a number from their website. Of course they claim I ordered it, and will not send return authorization, BUT! I can ship it back at MY expense for a refund on something I did not order. Or I can get a 10% discont to just keep it. Well Whoopee! DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THEIR WEB SITE, THEY WILL SOMEHOW SEND YOU SOMETHING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL YOU CANCEL THESUBSCRIPTION. I hiave submitted a claim thru PayPal, will see how that goes.

Never consented to a Subscription for $48 shampoo! Just received 3 bottles, reached out regarding this issue they have an offshore Customer Service department that repeats like a parrot every statement you say (so annoying) I also emailed Blaze who stated I have to PAY SHIPPING on an order I did not want/Order. That is a NOPE! based on all of these other upset customers I'm obviously NOT the only person they are shoving unwanted product on. Escalating an reporting this company

WaRNING!!!!!!!This is a scam. I didn’t actually order this product but somehow started receiving it. I mailed the company after receiving the first bottle of $48 shampoos. There was no response. I just received another bottle! After spending 25 minutes arguing with someone from the company who stated my email connected was from ten years ago…. She agreed to send a return label which I had to climb a mountain to get! We did try the shampoo which left both my husband and my hair feeling like straw . If you get caught in this nightmare find the telephone number on line and don’t give up. After 25 minutes they finally agreed to let me return with their label. Do not let them tell you they can’t do this for whatever lie they give you.

Avoid if your Canadian
I purchased the serum and it’s too soon to tell if it’s working well. Especially because it is suggested to use with the hot and cold instrument .which I purchased . I could not remove the cap from the base to use it. I called customer service who explained the technique ( not given on the instruction sheet). I could not nor could two other adults remove the lid from the base. I wanted to exchange it but they will not send me a new one till they receive the defective one. By the time this happens I will be away from Canada for an extended period. Nor will they compensate for shipping or the “tariffs” I have to pay to return…a defective item.

I ordered the new Hot&Cold instrument
I ordered the new Hot&Cold instrument. When I tried to use the item I could not get the top of for the item to work. I called to request a return and was told I would have to return at my expense, include all the details of the purchase, etc. The cost of sending it back was $20.35. I have requested that it be refunded along with the $99. cost of the Hot & Cold instrument. Hope they will be a reputable company to comply with standard good business practices.

Huge Fan!
I have been using Pureance for a while now. It’s hard to pick a favorite product from the line. My skin looks plumper and juicier and the moisture stays throughout the day and beyond. The packaging is also first class so it’s easy to dispense the right amount. I would recommend this to almost anyone, not just women ;)

I ORDERED my product 10/10/2025. Today is 10/27/2025. Have not received my product as of today! Called nice guy said: I found your order! BUT it hasn't been shipped yet as it is OUT OF STOCK! No time when it should be back in STOCK AGAIN! A letter would be nice as they have no problems sending sale product letters to me! So I said just CANCEL my order! Oh I can give you a 20% discount of $9 n change! Well that's not gonna help me at all. CANCELED!!! Went on line again and found it for cheaper! Hope this helps anyone that is going to trust your items coming!

Fast Service and quality serums
After placing an online order, I needed to make a few adjustments. Customer service handled my request quickly and with a very positive attitude. The products arrived super fast, and what can I say — the serums are truly top quality! I also love the bottle design, they look beautiful on my shelf.

Return nightmare
I received the items I ordered 2 months later. September 15. When my 6 bottles arrived, one had leaked all over the other bottles. In the meantime I had ordered other products. I got in touch with the support representative who told me I would get reimbursed. I sent the 6 bottles at my own cost. UPS shows they received it on September 17. It is today October 1. I sent multiple emails with the proof from USP. They are NOT responding at all.

Your ad on youtube DOES INDEED claim to regrow hair to lure people to the site to find that it creates volume..Well so does vo5 that costs 2 bucks.Neg reviews state facts and Pos reviews are fake with embedded subliminal ads.Only AI leaves reviews like that describing ingredients Lol .Put in payment info to checkout and then go through 10 pages of other bs where all are prechecked with yes along with a big NEXT tab to make you think youre passing on it with the "no" tab hidden.Then it lets you think the next page is to confirm info but Nope thats the last page.Next you just see the 400dollar monthly supply you just got swindled into.They just hope you dont notice it right away.

It’s so funny that the Dr keeps saying in her infomercial that she backed her science by 70 year old women in Indonesia who have thick, luscious hair. Yet, she only showed 20 something year old Indonesian women, not one was 70 plus.

Beware of the Checkout Tactics
My mother-in-law asked me to help purchase Pureance shampoo, and after going through their checkout process, I was furious at the extremely aggressive upsell practices they use. During checkout, there were probably at least ten separate upsell offers/pages, some of which made it nearly impossible to find the option to skip. In some cases, the “skip” option was hidden inside a disclaimer-like sentence.
All upsell pages displayed a warning message saying, “Do not hit the back button as it can cause multiple charges to your card” which we all know is not true so why scare your poor customers like this? The whole experience was so alarming that I started recording the process halfway through.
From my observation, Pureance’s target customers are likely customers of older age experiencing hair loss — exactly like my mother-in-law who has been very sick and lost a lot of hair — who may not be the most tech-savvy online shoppers. If Pureance is truly confident in their product, why resort to such aggressive, unfair upsell tactics against customers?
After placing the order, I called to check the status (given the endless upsell pages I had just endured) — and, unsurprisingly, was told the product was on backorder. I feel terrible for those who simply want to try the shampoo but end up spending far more than intended because they can’t easily exit the upsell pages. Targeting a vulnerable demographic with this kind of checkout is simply wrong.
Oh, the product UPC starts with 860, which is registered to Serbia.
