We were guided throughout the entire process by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Gemma dealt with our shipping including our car from uk to Cyprus and provided us with all information and paperwork needed promptly she was always very friendly and pleasant on the phone and in person.
Ian, George and Aaron were great at packing our house up and were very considerate in how they packed our items, taking extra care with valuables, sentimental items and glassware etc nothing was too much trouble and any requests we made were met. They showed up each day on the time stated and worked very hard for 4 days.
The service we received was flawless and we would certainly recommend Purdies. Thanks so much guys

Having arranged 3 quotes for my remove from house to flat, I found the Purdies Surveyor took time to explain in detail how my packing and removal would be carefully handled by them. He also provided helpful tips to ensure things would go smoothly. True enough, the packing was done very efficiently and on removal day - when the rain was relentless and negotiations went on until mid-afternoon - the removal team were friendly, patient and very efficient. My actual moving was made as stress-free as it was possible to be under the circumstances thanks to Purdies and their great team. Thank you, guys. Anne H.

Excellent service. The guys the carried out the removal( apologies I’ve forgotten their names) were first class. Their professionalism could not be questioned. My old neighbour asked them if they could move the truck and without any hesitation or moaning moved the truck. The guys were really happy and just wanted to make everything run smoothly. Kept us well informed of everything and the plans they had when they got to the new house. I can’t praise Purdies enough from start to finish. Efficient, informative, reliable. Using Purdie's made the whole process of moving hassle free. The guys turned up on time and got straight to work. Everything was loaded up securely and the unloading was done quickly and items placed in the appropriate rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The service we received was great. The men who helped us move were so friendly, efficient and nothing was too much hassle. Although we had difficulties accessing our property they were patient, helpful and accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend Purdie they were professional throughout making the process so much less stressful.

The process was straightforward the guy who came to collect my items was really great, however I have had no correspondence since! I had to contact the office to get a ETA only to be told it hasnt been collected by brand partner yet, so I have absolutely no idea when I will receive my goods!
