I wanted to try out this dental powder and placed my order for one bottle - next thing I know ive checked out 4 bottles at a cost of 137.00 - my dog doesnt even have 10 teeth ! I immediately contacted customer service but was told that shipment couldn't be adjusted (2 days after my request) and had already shipped. I let agent know I wasnt happy and I had better recieve full refund. Was then told shipping costs back would need to be covered by me, a tracking number needed to be provided and refund would be applied. I did all of that - cost me 25.00 $ to send. I emailed cus service the receipt of shipment, tracking number, item weight and description and NOW they are telling me that as soon as product makes it back to address refund will be applied. Do they think my mail carrier is lying? That i faked the tracking info? That i even wanted 3 extra bottles?! That they arent going to be returned? I didnt want them in the 1st place!..
The craziest part is when I tried to adjust the order and cancel the 2nd purchase that somehow went through i didnt get a reply for 2 days, today when I submitted the tracking info I got a reply within an hour. The whole thing just irritated me and felt like I was being scammed. Dental powder did take away my dogs dragon breath but I found it cheaper elsewhere so all is lost.
I would have given one star but I figure at least they responded.

I took my dog to the vet and she wanted to clean her teeth but they are very very expensive I came home and did some research and found Pup Dose Dental for her teeth. Although it's a little costly for me because I'm low income I needed to address the issue and I saw results within at least 2 weeks I'm very happy with this product.

I placed an order on May 8 for the dental powder based on articles I was reading. The deal was buy 3 and get 2 free. It took almost 4 weeks to receive and found out it was shipping from China not the States. No where on their website does it mention this. I hadn’t even finished using the one container and I get a notification on June 8 that I have another shipment of 5 containers coming. I sent an email inquiring why I’m getting another shipment and I’m told I am on a subscription service and that’s the reason I got 2 free initially. I did not sign up for a subscription service. I was very upset and asked that the order be cancelled and my money refunded which did not happen. I’ve gotten no where with this company and please be aware that when you place any orders, subscription service is automatically checked off which is very deceitful! It took almost a month to cancel the subscription that I did not authorize! Also be aware that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Even if the product was good, I would not recommend ordering from this company!
UPDATE: The company reached out to offer a 50% refund on July 10th to which I agreed to and after several follow up emails, I still have not received my refund that they offered me! Buyer Beware!!!

They say they are a Las Vegas based company that creates small batches, yet the shipment came from China. Was automatically signed up for repeating subscriptions when I purposely did not do so.

Easy to order, easy to use, dog loves the taste and smell. Works well

They hook you into a subscription and take money out automatically. I never agreed to that only ordered once. When I asked for a refund they said only after I send the package back unopened. I did but then they said I can only get a 50% refund. Threatened to go legal. Poor customer service. The product is a scam don't bother. It does not get tartar off their teeth.

I purchased this for my dogs dental health. It is early days but hopefully starting to see improvement. Good customer service too.

Buying didn’t seem to be a problem, but I don’t have my order yet so can’t comment on the product yet

Prompt response time to my inquiry

The product I cannot comment on but the customer service was abysmal. I cancelled my subscription through email and was assured that it was cancelled and I would have no more money taken. The following month more money was taken. When asking for a refund I was given all sorts of guff and basically refused the refund. Eventually I had to instruct my bank to sort it out, having shown them the evidence I had regarding the cancellation. I will never, ever deal with this company again.

Seemed like a long time from order to delivery. Breath has definitely improved. Tartar still TBD.

Easy to order and fast

I bought Pupdose dental powder last month as a one off. It's too soon to say if it works or not. Today I got an email stating my next order is on its way. I certainly didn't sign up for a subscription. Currently awaiting a refund being issued (hopefully).
Cancelled subscription.

Purchasing online was easy. Wish it was available in-stores. Yet to use the product.

I researched the product and several others after looking on google. Hopefully it helps and brings some spunk back to my boy!

Scam be careful. When purchasing this product, the box to ‘subscribe & save’ is already pre ticked. My elderly mother has ordered 1 tub (the dog wouldn’t even eat his food when it was on so it was pretty useless) and then another £26 has been taken out of her account for a second tub with no clear warning. I’ve read their cancellation and return policies they are unable to refund this. This is a modern day scam and incredibly unethical. They are preying on their own customers

This is a scam read the return policy before buying. This is a scam they get your information and you are automatically signed up for a subscription you do not receive notification before charging you again for your next order no opportunity to cancel future orders THIS IS A SCAM. They make it impossible to return or get your money back. BE ON GUARD. Read the return policy it’s a joke not reputable. Would not put a star but I wouldn’t show in reviews without showing a star. Read the policy it’s a joke.
