Worst company i have ever played with i have a few sites all keep their word.often withdrew few k overnight or even hours. I only withdrew 190 euro 13days ago every day was promised approved and processed. They knew i was in hospital with my daughter i actually could have done with mun for a change. But it went from were ready to pay give it 3days .13days later my account is closed. Be careful people what's the point in playing if you dont get paid. Puntit are first to scam me in a long long time.

Deposits are not credited, and your funds are gone forever.
They keep changing their domain names for new scams. 4 time changed in few months.

Just opened a new account, first day using the app, had a couple of losers but then had a winner, a try scorer in the rugby, bet settled as loser, beyond belief, followed up on it and customer service says bet being escalated blah blah.. gave the benefit of the doubt and had a couple of try scorers in the next game, one came in.. again bet settled as loser.. this PUNDIT is an absolute scam, nobody could be that stupid, absolute shower of crooks, small time crooks and I actually couldn't give a monkeys about the money, its a couple of hundred euro, its saved me from a bigger hassle down the line and likely a far bigger sum, silver lining and all that..STAY CLEAR OF PUNDIT.. They could offer me a grand to settle and I wouldn't take it or use their app again.. il be contacting the betting pages on x and f.b to warn others, theres guys out there with bigger platforms than me.
Edit. They settled my bets as winners the next day and I feel the review was a harsh one, ive had no problems with them since and maybe errors can be forgiven, its just the way it happened had me very frustrated.. I'm still using their app and will be using it for the foreseeable future, hopefully a fair experience, this is all I ask for.

Scammers
They take your deposit and lock it into a bonus you can't touch until you've wagered it five times over. Only then will they let you withdraw a fifth of the total. For example, deposit €100 and they'll match it with another €100, but the whole €200 is frozen. You have to wager your way up to €2,400 before you're allowed to withdraw just €500 as 'winnings'. Absolute scumbags.

Serious failure to enforce self-exclusion and no response from support
I am writing this review regarding a serious failure in responsible gambling controls at PUNTIT.
I had previously self-excluded from gambling, however I was still able to access my account and continue gambling after the exclusion should have been in effect. This indicates a failure to properly enforce self-exclusion safeguards.
Self-exclusion is a key responsible gambling protection, and in this case it was not effectively applied.
I have raised this directly with customer support but have yet to receive any response or update, which is concerning given the seriousness of the issue.
I am seeking a full explanation and appropriate resolution in line with responsible gambling obligations.

Disappointing
I signed up with no issues. I noticed that I clicked wrong county on my address so contacted the chat to get it sorted. Customer support was helpful and I got the all clear to go ahead. The problem was later when I wanted to withdraw money. I was asked to verify my account all of a sudden. I told them I did not have a passport nor did I have a driving license as I don't drive. I sent them two bills and a copy of my government id. Still no word and now I can't access chat and still no response. I feel I'm been treated like a criminal. I feel the only way forward is to contact the ombudsman and complain.

AVOID. SCAM SITE. Refusing to pay out on settled bets.
Having serious issues getting money from bets I have won credited to my account. Customer service have been little to no help. Cannot even open a chat with them anymore & have not received any responses to emails sent. I will adjust this review if my issues are resolved but at the moment I would tell anyone to avoid them as there has been nothing but issue after issue with v.poor customer support.
Update- They are still denying me my winnings but have tried to fob me off my depositing €10 in my account in order to leave them alone basically. I would encourage people to get in touch with the Ombudsman or Better Business Bureau if needed.
Worst gambling site I have ever dealt with. And on top of everything else it is glitch af. Plenty more legitimate sites to use than giving these unhelpful arsrholes your money.
